Took my gun in to get properly shimmed, Joe did a great job and even tested my gun in front of me, also chrono'ed it. I even got a half hour airsoft lesson so that was cool. Joe is really laid back and informative i will definitely be returning and suggesting him to friends. Thank you.

Went there today to get some gear, and the person working was amazing and super helpful. He let me pick his brain about guns, and broke down some differences between several different ones for me. After all was said and done, I walked away with a complete package at a killer price. I look forward to going back there for all my paintball needs.

Came into the shop looking to get into playing Airsoft. Wasn't really sure about what I wanted, or what guns were actually fun to play with. So anyway, I had a conversation with Joe and he helped walk me through my options. I felt he was very knowledgeable about the hobby. Once I got out to the field I had a ton of fun. Saved me the hassle of getting something that I wouldn't enjoy online.

Best paintball shop I've ever been to by far. Drove an hour to get here from st Charles and don't regret it one bit. I've been out of paintball for over a decade and I came here to get an old gun fixed and left with a new one as well. Staff was very knowledgeable and helped me out a ton with getting a good setup for my son. Would recommend.

Although the store is small and managed by few, the people who run it REALLY know their stuff, and helped me out with so many purchases! They also informed me about the Monte Cassino event that's hosted here in the Midwest, and I had SO much fun at that game last year! Definitely give these guys a try if you live nearby because there most definitely is a benefit to doing in-person shopping for paintball or airsoft, and that's undeniable.

Playing airsoft? The selection and service is just as good for you here as it is for paintball players. If they don't have what you need or are looking for in stock right then, they will get it as soon as possible. Not sure what you need, talk with them for a bit and they will make recommendations based off your needs and quality of the product. I have seen them talk someone out of buying a specific item and recommended an alternative that was about 2/3rds the price of what they were looking to get. The reasons given were easier maintenance of the item, and the original item being looked at had a higher rate of needing repair.

This shop is looking to get you out playing and enjoying yourself, not to make the most profit off you. Their knowledge and quality of service is what keeps customers coming back.

Excellent store! A good selection of items but the best reason to do business here is Joe, the owner. He is incredibly helpful, and knows his stuff! He is always super friendly and remembers what you need and what equipment you use. So awesome. His tech'ing is great and his prices for tech work are even better. Guy does awesome deals all the time and will work with you to get the best performance out of your gear. Joe is the man. Give him your business!

Joe is extremely informative and knowledgeable in airsoft and paintball. Along with great deals comparatively and a decent selection i feel that PBO is a must go for newcomers and veterans of both sports. Really phenomenal guy and he runs his shop well and almost completely by himself. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or not. Really good place.

These folks were super helpful with a battery issue we had with a battery we didn't even buy here. Changed out the connector for us saving the headache of having to return and exchange it. I bought a second battery and will definitely come back to shop here for my kids airsoft stuff.

Amazing store!!! I can’t say enough how much of a delight it was to deal with this store. The owner was beyond nice and so helpful! My airsoft gun’s gearbox broke, and having not planned to spend money on it, I decided I might as well upgrade it. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone with any technical concerns or queries! I’ll definitely be shopping here for all my airsoft needs!

I LOVED the place. Owner was super nice and very knowledgeable. I'm just starting out with airsoft and he told me about reliable guns and manufacturers. I was just there to buy bbs but came out with knowledge that could save me hundreds of dollars. Another thing about this store was that he is super friendly and helpful with what you should buy and should wait on buying to see if you liked the "sport." His main motivation was to help the customer instead of trying to sell you all he can. I can wholeheartedly recommend paintball outfitters for all your airsoft and paintball needs.
