Consistently pleasant staff and perfect food. No matter what I order, everything is always hot, fresh, and neatly packed.

Used the app to place my breakfast order for in store pickup when I got there it wasn't ready but no big deal so I waited about 5 minutes or so and then I was given another person's door dash order and when I told the man working behind the counter that it wasn't my order he gave me an agitated response "SO WHAT'S YOUR ORDER"! so that wasn't necessary cause I wasn't giving any attitude what so ever so I showed him my order number on my phone and they had it ready in a couple of minutes so there seams to be an issue with the app cause I've had trouble at another location as well and I know the issue isn't on my end cause it's worked more often then not but back to my experience at this location the man that was working there needs to work on his people skills if he's gonna work with the public

This place is so ghetto it should be a historic monument in Brockton. When I reference Montello st MCD’s, everybody got a funny story. At least you get the job done?

Listen this isn’t about the food. You already know the food this is about the space. It is clean updated and a great place to have a meeting for coffee lunch etc… I’m lovin it!

I haven't had any bad experiences at this location and I've been there multiple times. I would eat food from here 👍

This place took my order and failed to give it to me.

good atmosphere, with good. hamburgers, sandwiches, different types of fast food, really good, this place offered a cleaning safety place to eat.

I would never leave a review for a fast food restaurant but as a chubby dude I've been going to McDonald's my whole life. THIS IS THE BEST ONE I'VE EVER BEEN TO! good food and staff is super fun. Even the one young kid who tries to be all "I don't care" was laughing and smiling cuz if the manager

Fresh and hot all the time!

I think this McDonald's has the best seasonings on there burgers and they are pretty friendly and kind here

The workers are very nice also they have good products I buy a lot of things there I brought a bike food clothes cosmetic all kinds of other things I love it there and they gave me credit which is a plus

One of the best McDonald's I have visited considering the area. It was late night therefore I used the drive thru and the employee at the window gets great props from me for his awesome personality, additude and friendliness. Short wait along with an accurate order gains 5 stars from me.

I grew up in Brockton but have been gone over 20 years. I walk in and I am the only white person including the staff. The Puerto Rican gentleman eating nodded what's up to me, and the staff. The manager was right there while they are prancing around laughing dancing giggling yet getting the job done and making eye contact with me as if I were a part. I was absolutely floored. That manager needs to be rewarded w a raise. His team was getting things done as usual, but they were having fun. I still can't get over how well organized and graceful that manager had his team working. It's almost like they were at home and it made me feel the same. They have heart and I was the only white person. Scratch that. I didn't even think about it as none of us should. Kudos to the manager and staff. I'm lov'n it

Delivered by door dash, but still hot and ready to eat! Large cold orange soda and a hot crispy chicken sandwich and fries! Never disappointed.

My son's favorite place for fresh french fries, I always ask without salt he 2yrs old I dont want to introduce him to all that sodium. Plus the app always have daily deals

No issues with this location. It would benefit the customers to have those digital order kiosks that other locations are currently using, but overall I had a pleasant experience.

I can't stand McDonald's but this is one of the best restaurants I've visited. Food is always fast and fresh, staff is very friendly. Occasionally though, just like anyhwere else, customers placing large orders clog up the drive thru, which was made for small quick orders. Should this happen, there is a Taco Bell Kfc around the corner, Papa Gino's across the street, and a Stop n Shop next door. Go Montello!
