Panera Bread

Had a great panera bread experience here at brockton - place was very clean, food was great, and had great service. Came with a friend and ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with a fruit bowl and an iced tea. Decent sandwich 3/5 and healthy fruit to go along with it. Staff was super friendly and made great conversation when we were looking at the pastries. Convenietly close to medical centers and makes a great place to eat on a lunch break

Happy/Grateful for the wifi to get work done. Then treated myself to a Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Baja Mac n Cheese :) But true, the food is pricey.

I looove their bagels. I'm a big fan of the Asiago one. So good!

So I don't know if she's the night shift leader or manager, but you can tell when someone has had much authority before or if they just get pushed around at home, but this lady is so infuriating to talk to. She has this condescending attitude. She was talking to me like an ignorant person talks to a special needs person. Then goes and sits at the table outside the doors and sit there on the phone ripping down cigarettes while everyone wraps up the store. Probably just gonna hit up a different location. I just started seeing her too. Think she's still in her 1st 90

Great clean Panera, good prompt service with a smile, expo got my food right to me as soon as it came out, and I was on my way.

They need to hire more people. The manager here was running herself ragged taking care of customers. She obviously is a hard worker and deserves to be supported by the home office. Such a large company should be able to support its employees better.

I frequently order Panera through DoorDash. I am addicted to their BBQ Chicken sandwich 🥪 and the cinnamon crunch bagel 🥯 with honey 🍯 walnut cream cheese 🧀 spread.

I only ran in for a coffee and quick bite. I had a chocolate croissant and a coffee. The croissant was outrageous by not being overly chocolate. I loved the coffee. Their dark roast is really good.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good food with a good variety for any taste. I travel on business frequently and it's my go-to place for doing interviews when I'm out of town and my office is inaccessible. I spend an afternoon or early evening hooked into the Internet, get my work done, eat lunch and/or dinner, and don't have to run all over town. And never an issue with me taking up a table for hours because they can always accommodate everyone. An out-of-town business owner's best friend. Thx to all!

This cafe was amazing!! Gret service, friendly cashier. She was so helpful with the menu. She explained everything we asked about. The dining room was clean. Had a great boothe to sit at. Defenitly wil be visiting again soon

Well managed Panera, their CEO was there handing out samples. Seemed like a very nice person. I was disappointed that the Bistro French Onion Soup was off the menu. It's not their fault but it is one of the reasons why I like to go there. Parking is the issue here, crowded, busy small parking area.

Food was good. Got to seat next to fireplace, warm up from snow

The safe is very friendly and the restaurant was very clean

(highly recommend their sandwiches 👌🏽) Great quality food, short wait time but pricey food in small servings. If you're not broke it's the best thing in the world. If you're a man that wants big servings, Flava Jamaica up the street is the better bang for your buck. (Jerk Chicken recommendation)

Excellent lobster roll today! Price was reasonable given the amount of meat you get. 🦞 ❤!

The associates at Panera are wonderful. They are friendly and curteous. I really love that they know me by my name and make me feel so special each and every visit. I love Panera goodies as well.

I happened to open my email this afternoon about a FREE Bagel every day from Panera. In the email I see the new “Panera Grocery” where you can get fresh produce, milk, and more added to your order plus free delivery if you spend $15 or more.

Due to COVID-19, we have not left our house since April 1 (almost 3 weeks!!). Needless to say, we are long out of milk and fresh produce, and are having trouble finding time slots for the grocery pickup services, so I clicked to see what was available. Ten minutes later, I have placed my order for a few items – milk, bread, cream cheese, avocados, tomatoes, the free bagel, and of course, hot mac & cheese!

Not even 10 minutes after that and the Door Dash driver has arrived with my order! AMAZING! He left it on the front steps as I had requested, maintaining social distancing. Fresh milk! Fresh bread! Hot mac & cheese! Everything I ordered was there….except for the cream cheese. Not the end of the world, but a bagel without cream cheese is like Oreos without milk.

I called the store and Monique answered the call. I explained the situation and she immediately apologized, acknowledged that she had forgotten to put it in the bag. We left it that I would probably stop by the store’s drive-through later this week to pick up the cream cheese since they were closing soon.

About 45 minutes later, Monique called me again and asked if she could drop it off on her way home since we literally live up the street from the store. She said she felt really bad about it. I told her it really wasn’t that big of a deal, but sure, if it wasn’t out of her way, that would be appreciated.

A short while later, Monique, wearing a mask and gloves, put a bag on my front steps. Based on suggestions in the news, we left the bag outside in the cool weather for a bit. Once we brought it inside, what an awesome surprise! Not 1 but 2 tubs of cream cheese, another loaf of bread, 2 more avocados, AND $20 gift certificate!

Monique has taken customer service to the next level! Thank you, Monique! You totally went above and beyond and I hope that your superiors know what a fantastic manager you are!

Great place for breakfast lunch or dinner. For lunch it gets crowded, it's sort of a no-brainer. You can call ahead and order for pickup. This is also a great place to meet. Or if you work from home it's a nice place to take a break, but continue working

The food is generally fresh and prepared well. The soups are really good and the bread is always fresh. Good sandwiches and the green goddess salad is excellent.

Wife and I walked in around 430 pm had wife and I had the turkey sandwich was well made service was nice will recommend this place and will return
