Leah and Kendra were extremely knowledgeable , helpful, friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job assisting me with all my needs.
We recently switched our home and auto insurance over from Purifoy as Mac has retired and are very pleased with our lower rates and service. Leah walked us through all the steps during the change over process and simplified everything for easy understanding.
Today she was training Kendra and I was very impressed with Kendra’s knowledge and excitement as a new agent.

I shopped around for auto insurance and when I got with Texell, turned out the they had the best rates! I have been with my insurance agent Vincent Nava at Texell since the start. I have had nothing but excellent service from him. He is so nice, attentive, and honest. There have been times I had to leave a message and he returns my calls that same day. He has saved me so much money. I want to applaud him for his great customer service and in my opinion, he deserves to be recognized by Texell, they have a great partner there. Keep up the great work Vincent.

My auto insurance recently went up by a lot! I was stressing out and contacted Texell and worked with Vincent who did all the work checking out which insurance carriers give the best deals. At first he was not able to find anything better but he kept trying and finally he did! He went above and beyond and I am so grateful. He even had patience when I probably gave him way too much info. I tend to talk too much. Lol. Vincent at Texell is the best!!!
