McDonald's

We stopped here for a bathroom break on a road trip. The bathrooms and dining room were clean. Ordering the food was fast and easy and it came out correct the first time. This is a great location just off of the highway.

This was the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. We were a party of five and were from out of town attending our nephew's baseball game. Shelton and Nathan brought us our food, returning several times to our table to ensure we had everything we needed and refilling items. They even entertained us with jokes and didn't rush us even though it was close to closing. This restaurant is fortunate to have such fun, exceptional employees. It was a memorable experience for sure.

Leave me along and stop tracking my visits to McDonalds okay… look I get a number 7 large half cut tea, if I want to lie to myself I get a “chicken” sandwich and say it’s healthier…. There are no healthy options sorry

The first time there since the fire, the order was perfect. I was expecting it to be the old mcdonalds, so before you leave the window, you have to check, and it was exactly what I ordered. This trip was flawless today.

Very helpful ,and willing to do anything to help accommodate. The young man I work with has special abilities . I ask if they had a plate of some sort. He needed something like a tray to put his food on. An they did do that. No fuss....So I recommend this place if you have a specially able child,teenager,or an adult.

I love this McDonald's location! They are always quick, friendly, and my order is always correct. I definitely recommend this one over the one on the other side of town that recently reopened.

Service can be hit or miss. Food is almost always good. Hot and quality taste. What I look for in fast food.

The fries are always hot AND the icecream machine works!

Service has greatly improved since it reopened. Food was made quickly and correctly.

Never pay enough attention as to which exit gets you here but always end up here somehow as I pass through amd have always had great service and food here.

Food was good, warm and my customizations were correct. Interior was clean and workers were nice.

This McDonald's has the best service of any McDonald's that I've ever been to.

I always go to Mcd's to get my mocha frappe 🙂

It was odd that Coke is the only flavor of soda offered on their ordering system - you have to select "special order" if you want to be able to ask for something like Diet coke.

The staff here are so friendly. I was pleasantly surprised. They really made the start of my long weekend travels worth the stop and put us in a great mood. If that friendly service could come to NoVA, life would be great here

The food was good. There's not too many healthy choices at McDonald's. I used to get the grilled chicken sandwich, but they stopped providing those a long time ago. As a rule we don't eat fast food, but we had some gift cards for McDonald's so we wanted to use them.

No problems with service or food, just issues with WiFi and not being able to use reward points . . . Lost points the other day at another location because app could not find any place close - I was in the parking lot and so just left! Today order went through on app, gave code in drive thru line, but got to window and had to pay . . . Makes no sense!
