Very sincere, friendly, willing to teach and give advice even if not going to go through with a repair. And if you do repair, they make sure everything functions properly and that you are completely satisfied before giving you finished work receipt. I know cause I have done both. I have experience working in electronics and when I don't feel like doing a job myself for whatever reason, this is the place I go to.

With so many device repair shops in the area, I felt confident with getting some laptop work done after speaking with Robert, the manager. His rates are fair and he clearly explains all the possible unexpected issues that can arise with changing out a drive in an older laptop. He did just that for me and alerted me to an issue with one of the USB ports on an old Dell. I wanted to run Linux on it and yes it works but due to the USB jack that fell off as well a cap, there is now a heat issue I have. Can't blame Robert, he warned me of possible issues because of a loose USB connector so I may get another laptop that's in much better condition. Yes, I plan on having Robert of iFixGalaxy work on that as well.

Robert did outstanding job explaining me the costs of the repairs on my IPhone and IPad. He fixed my problem with the IPad touch screen sensor in short amount of time. I should had gone to you first time to fix the IPad of my son. Now I know

I had a very positive experience here the other day! I came in with a cracked phone screen and it was fixed in less than an hour by a very helpful young man (I think his name was Robert?). He went through an entire checklist of “what was” and “what was not wrong” with my phone right in front of me so that I wasn’t charged for anything that wasn’t wrong with my phone and then even installed a screen protector on it for me at a discounted price since I was already getting my phone screen fixed! First time ever my screen got cracked so I wanted to find a place where they would fix it no issues. Safe to say, I understand why this place has 4.8 stars on Google. Absolutely fantastic service, the people there were quick and to the point as well as extremely knowledgeable. Phone look just like new if not better. Would definitely recommend this place if you need your screen fixed on the same day.

I forgot the password to my laptop. I took to iFixGalaxy and they were able to save most of my data, updated my hard drive, the old one was old and slow. They called when they had a question about keeping the data. They were super fast, it was ready the next day. And they were cheap but for what I got, I thought the price was reasonable. I would recommend. Oh, the guys that worked there were super nice, and I'm not a tech guy, so they talked and explained stuff for me. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Robert was super helpful throughout the whole process! I smashed the back camera on my phone awhile ago and had to get the camera itself replaced. Robert worked with my schedule to find a good time to drop off my phone, ordered the camera, got me a good deal, and communicated what the plan was throughout. Really recommend.

The guys at I fix are great Chris replaced the charging port in my granddaughters phone. Working perfect and done ahead of schedule. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I kept this archaic iPhone 5s in a cheap 3 part case and didn't realize the battery had swelled until after the rubberized bumper split. I called and spoke with Robert. I was impressed with the fact that he didn't just say bring it in, or quote me a bench charge. He talked to me, asked questions, and we had an actual conversation. When I brought the phone in the next day, he took one look at it and told/showed me the screen broke loose from the glue (or something like that - I have pain-brain), and the screen would now also need to be replaced. He advised me that I should turn it off and leave it off because it's a safety risk in this condition. But the phone is still fully functional, my only phone/text medium, I'm stubborn, and need a little more time to find a replacement. He advised me to leave it out of the case and try not to charge it to relieve some pressure off the battery. I told Robert I was inclined to look for a cheap, used phone that would work on Safelink's free, low-income service, rather than repair the dinosaur. He agreed, but ran down the prices to help confirm my decision, and let me bombard him with even more questions.

We'd already discussed that I'm an Android girl still sweet on her Samsung Galaxy S4, still in use at home, but I've been stuck in an iPhone world because I didn't realize the S4 was Sprint-specific and this was all I could barter for at the time. Safelink didn't work with Sprint until they merged with T-mobile years later. I shared how I'd had trouble with reception on both carriers in the past and we discussed how that might have changed. He informed me the merger may not mean I have access to T-mobile towers. And we discussed the pros and cons of transferring service to the S4 now, to buy me time to save and find a better replacement. When I asked what I should be looking for in either iPhone or Android as I scout the ads, he was instrumental in steering me towards specific models, and explained why. He even calmed my fears by confirming that if the phone dies, everything on it was safe in The Cloud since I've been paying a buck every month for 50G storage on the 32G phone.

My point in this review is that VERY early on, he knew he wasn't making a dime from me yet he didn't try to shoo me away. Nothing changed. He not only entertained my questions, but he informed me by answering questions I didn't even know to ask yet. He treated me the same as when I first called or walked in his door, proving he's not JUST a salesman.

While I was there, I had flashbacks to when I replaced the S4's swollen battery before. Sure enough I could see it was just starting to bow the center of the screen, but I'm pretty sure I caught it early enough to save it. I quickly turned it off and removed the very swollen battery, rembering Robert's words. I priced a replacement on Amazon (where I got the last one 3.5 years ago), but was so grateful to Robert, I wanted to at least see if he could come close. Robert was more concerned about potential damage already done that might affect operation. In other words, see if it was worth saving first - customer service before profit. He wanted to see it, and I'd have to go there to put a deposit on the non-stocked battery for him to order anyway. He was very understanding when I put the 2 trips, almost twice the price, and the extra delay, vs Amazon Prime, on the scale, but was STILL just as helpful on the phone this time, too.

Robert was so amazing. He helped me figure out what was exactly wrong with my phone. My phone was damaged and out of whack til the point he recommended me getting another phone because my old one gave out on me. Robert was helpful and very bright. Thank you again Robert.

I am extremely happy with their services for the 2nd time. They answered all my questions and then if any services that was needed that was unforseen they would call and tell me and confirm if i wanted them take care of it. They also took pictures to show why they the services was needed. If you need any thing fixed I would definitely recommend this place.

Purchased a new phone. Staff was amazing and quickly handled all tasks concerning the transfer to the new phone. As usual, customer service is top notch. Highly recommend them.
