McDonald's

We have never had a problem at this location considering how busy it stays, food is always as we order it, associates have always been nice.

We were greeted by a polite young man food came up right away the Big Mac was okay except for maybe a little too much sauce

Definitely the best McDonald's in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area! I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a drink, which we're both delivered to my table within 5 minutes. The staff are friendly and the store was clean with the bathroom being an exception. Overall one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with McDonald's.

Drive thru morning time girls rock! They get you in and out when I am on the way to work to get my morning mocha!

This McDonald’s is so much better than the one on Malabar I had no idea. The food was actually made fresh and the workers were all friendly.

i go to this mcdonalds a lot. the people who work here are nice and when they mess up my food, very rarely, They replace it. I’ve also never waited too long at this McDonald’s, which is also another plus I’m sure there’s no perfect McDonald’s but out of all the ones I’ve been to this ones the best in Brevard that ive been to other then the one eg blvd in Indian harbor.

I don't eat there often but the few times I have it has been very good.

We used the app for curb side. Did not have to wait to long. This is the first McDonald's I have been to that the bisscuts were fresh. All our food was great. The staff was nice as well.

They do their best to keep it clean. Great after the renovation. Unfortunately sometimes the machines are down only trying to grab something late night. They do a pretty good job never had an order error at this location.

Was fast service like it is suppose to be. Counter person was responsive to our special order and made sure our order was exactly like we wanted. Thanked us for coming in. Great experience. Will go back more times. All were very pleasant. We had been driving for a while so we stopped at McDonald's to eat before we went to the hotel. The food was great. I got a salad and it was fantastic. Service was good too.

Today was better much better well tonight. Because earlier today as always they got our order wrong through the food in the bag sloppy sandwiches and messed up my order for my burger but tonight was great because Brittany and Kim had the line open drive through was empty thank God no lines except one or two cars and when I got to the window they took my order and handle me with care and everything was fresh and ready to go and they apologize for the mistake that their employees made earlier finally two people I can trust Kim and Brittany thank you

Didn’t have a problem me the family waited in the car because, we did an online order . The server was polite and attentive to my wife needs .

very fast drive through and good prices relatively to wendys for the same price. I got cheeseburger, small fries, and a medium drink for $5.75 whereas Wendy's is more for the same items. I forget how much more but I checked it to see a difference in price and it's about a dollar more at Wendy's.

I go here all the time. I have never had any problems with the food. They do have you pull off to the side a lot because your food isn't ready in time but it is a very busy area. The inside is nice and well maintained but I usually go through the drive through.

Ordered on the app and picked up inside as always. The food is ready in five minutes and nothing missing from the order......I call that a win-win🍟🍔🥓🥚🥯

Coffee and food was good. Quick service.

Shametra, Nina, Andros, Jerry, and Tay all did a fantastic job my wait time was less than 5 minutes, my food was hot and not lukewarm or cold. Shametra and Nina honestly we're killing it at the window I mean smiles and everything. I mean when was the last time your McDonald's cashier smiled at you. the only other person who does a good job while I'm there would have to be Anthony. I guess good customer service is contagious because it definitely showed tonight.

I enjoy the iced coffee. They have sugar free. I am diabetic so not many places have sugar free flavor for coffee unless you go to Starbucks.... Which is $5. I prefer $2. Better deal!!

Amazing customer service they may be busy but the manger alana cares about the customers and she is doing all she can when she is busy. You go girl thank you for being good at your job!

Nice and clean! The manager, Kailah, was amazing. Greeted with a kind smile, and fast service. Give this girl a raise!
