I had a "special order" and it was correct! I do suggest keeping the cole slaw separate from the hot food. Excellent and the price $8.99...cannot beat it! Great deal!That would be my only suggestion. I recommend the BIG BOX Chicken sandwich.... :-)

I admit it. When I get a hankering for KFC nothing else will do. I love their iconic, greasy fried chicken. Original please. I'm a coleslaw kind of gal and will always choose that over mashed potatoes. Their coleslaw is the sweet & tangy kind. Rats, I think I'm talking myself into another trip there. 😬

I may kill that craving 3x a year so I'm no expert on the location. But when I've gone I've always used the drive through. Their staff has always been friendly and the service quick. And the food? Yum. Never a complaint.

Food always tastes hot and fresh so far to be fast food. Service can improve a little more .The atmosphere is already .Bathroom was clean but could be nicer for sure.

I wanted my chicken fried for an extra 1-2 minutes because I wanted it well cooked. Sometimes I get what I ask for other times they tell me it was done when it was not. I went to KFC yesterday and saw an employee shooed away a fly that landed on an order of slaw, it was served to customer. Yuck!! The table beside me was dirty, needed wiping, I also looked up at the ceiling and saw mold all over the ceiling tiles (See pictures). They need to locate the source of the molds, and change the molded ceiling tiles. I can recommend a few great contractors. I would hope that the Health Department would inform the place to clean up their establishment. It’s the only KFC in Palm Bay. I think they should do better. This place has no shame. They haven’t done a thing about the mold.

Placed my order paid Sat down 1 minute later my order was ready I was shocked

It's a drive thru for us, so atmosphere, eh. BUT, best dinner below $30 with great chicken, mashed and BEST COLESLAW around. It takes just like my Mom used to make. Sometimes I go there just for that (like at Thanksgiving) so I don't have to make it. I couldn't make it that well. And cashiers always friendly.

Best customer service ever! My place of employment ordered a large amount of food they said it would be ready by noon it was every bit of it and the ladies were so friendly and efficient thank you KFC you do a wonderful job

We took the food home for dinner. Order was accurate and tasted so good. Hadn't had KFC in a long time.

My best spicy crispy chicken sandwich is that checkers across the street. But KFC claims they've got a crispy chicken sandwich so I gave it a try. No lie this chicken underneath that crisp was at least a 3/4 of an inch thick of white chicken. That's crazy the company will go broke. I could only eat half of the sandwich, too much meat. You better be very hungry if you want one of those. On the downside it wasn't spicy but they did not advertise a spicy chicken sandwich. So I gave it a five star.

We went through the drive-through and had very friendly, quick, and polite service. Our food was freshly cooked and tasted great.

The crew working around 7pm on 10/19 was very nice and polite. The food was hot and fresh. The Famous bowls were made just like they are pictured. All in all a great customer experience.

The experience here is like night and day compared to that of the Palm Bay Popeyes which is a complete disaster. The service provided by the middle-aged female manager during day shift here is incredible, the wait is never long, and the chicken is always hot and very tasty! Great work Palm Bay KFC!

Ordered around 7:30 , had my order at the online pickup section by 7:40. My food was fresh and I believe everyone there tonight deserves a pat on their back! And definitely a raise!

Love the staff here! My boyfriend and I pulled up about 15 minutes after closing one night (unknowingly, the lights were still on), and because of the fact that we were under the impression that the store was still open they gave us 3 huge bags full of food. For free! Though we gave them a $20 anyway. It was probably at least $40 of food if not more. We continue to go to this location simply because of how pleasant our first experience was!

KFC was awesome. We ordered quickly the guy was very easy to understand what we wanted and suggest items we would want also as busy as they were our food came out delicious. I highly recommend this kfc.

This location is always fast and we have very few problems with ordering here. Very flexible to help you order exactly what you want. We like to order dark meat only when it’s available. Love the coleslaw.

I have only had good experiences at this KFC. Very friendly staff and the food is always hot and delicious.

I was really impressed with the customer service here. They were working very well as a team to get my order done fast. And of course the chickens always good.

These people give there time and energy to make sure animals are taken care of. They are loving and caring. They even take your cat or dog we're bunny when you're in the they have different plans it's a wonderful wonderful. It's a God blessing. Restaurant was clean love that!I place my order made to order which means I dont mind wating for freshly cooked got to my table food warm not hot which means my request was not granted!? I went back to the counter and requested a new order wait over ten minutes and my order never came I went and asked the young lady what had happened to my chicken she looked at me and imedaitly apologized she replaced my order with fresh food by that time I'd lost my appetite but it made an ok lunch the next day.

Absolutely love the KFC on Babcock Street. I always call in our order and send husband to pick up. The one manager there always remembers us, she's awesome,I always want to deal with her,she makes sure order is right and everything is fresh. Will definitely keep coming back here.
