CVS Pharmacy

Every time I come to the CVS on Washington Avenue, it’s always a pleasant experience. I usually don’t buy anything except for my prescriptions there but the front staff are friendly and greet me nonetheless. The pharmacy staff will always give a friendly “hello, just a moment” if they have a busy line and orders. Been using this pharmacy for 20 years and don’t intend to change.

I as to pick-up a script but told there was a charge. I questioned the charge and told that was what came back. I contacted Tricare and was told that CVS had entered it twice and there was no copay. I went back to pharmacy and told them of my results and if they need to contact Tricare by phone. It took over two hours at CVS for me to acquire my script due to their mistake. Hope they do better on my next script.
