Fun place. Appetizers, dinner, drinks, and tip for 2 was just under $80. Good atmosphere and good food. Bottom layer of the nachos was a little soggy with the amount of queso laid down, but too much queso is a good problem to have.

Best looking waitresses in the area. Even better than Hooters so I'm guessing that's why they closed down 🤣. If you're looking for a place to eat with a good atmosphere such as plenty of televisions, view of clear lake water and good looking waitresses then you need to come visit. Oh, also great food and great service. The food isn't real expensive like most places are nowadays with this horrible economy.

Place was crowded in service so slow, but I really can't fault them for that. Been going there for over a decade. It was crawfish night. 20 pounds for the table! It was all gone recommend it!

We really enjoyed Sam’s Boat and even came back a second time during our vacation. My daughter loved the fried cod! The crab cakes were delicious. The boiled shrimp were well made, but a little too spicy for my son’s liking. The sauce on the redfish was amazing! I loved sitting out near the water. We saw many interesting birds. The service was good. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We went for an early dinner one day and lunch another. I could see that at night it could be a much more bar-like setting. Overall, it’s great!

We ended up taking a seat at the corner outside with a beautiful view!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sam's Boat Clear Lake, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the management team has set a high standard for both service and quality. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch meal with exceptional service. Kudos to the manager, Christian Robinson, and his management team for their hard work and dedication!

First time trying this place and they have some of the best seafood I've had in a while! Everything tasted so good. Catfish was on point. The margs were really good. The location on the water was cute. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town visiting.

In town for work and this was right across the street from the Hampton Inn where we stayed. Short little walk which is good in the 100 degree temps. We were greeted right away, we started being shown to a table but the girl stopped at the kitchen and chatted for a bit. I assume she was seeing which station needed people at it. She tried to seat us next to the kitchen but we are not local and don't get to see water when we eat often so we asked if we could sit by a window. Liked the second place much better. Our server ( a tiny little soft-spoken girl) was super helpful in helping us choose. We both got fresh catch of the day. Hubby opted for snapper and I had flounder. Sides were hush puppies, corn, veggie of the day (zucchini, nice n crunchy) and red potatoes. We did also opt for blackened seasoning and etoffee. Food was super yummy. We opted to get dessert to go, keyime pie and tres leches cheesecake. Outstanding. Our girl was very helpful in packing us the supplies we would need to eat in our room. I highly recommend stopping by for a great meal. I think we will even head back again tonight.

Went back for a second night hubby enjoyed his burger n onion rings. I had Blackened shrimp tacos. Another great meal. Thanks for great food while we were here.

I really enjoy this place. The crawfish were absolutely delicious. The seasoning was spot on, and they were piping hot.

The appetizers were all good, and my daughter liked everything.

Our server was great. We were well taken care of and always had a full drink.

The views are great, but the crawfish here is my favorite. They were huge as well.

First time visiting the area and was looking for a good “non fish ‘n chips” entree since I can get that and salmon back home. Google reviews were great for this place, so I decided to give it a try. Was disappointing to find out the shark bites were off the menu because that is what really drew me in, but I wasn’t going to let it derail my quest for non midwest fish dish. Bartender Yulissa was extremely sweet & very knowledgeable in helping me decide on a blackened, grilled snapper with lemon butter sauce. Being a sports bar, I kept my expectations in check and it turns out that was completely unnecessary. Not only did Yulissa nail it with her food suggestion, but I had her surprise me with my drink and it was the perfect accompaniment to the food. Also, *chefs kiss* to whoever cooked my food: the fish was tender and perfectly seasoned, red skin potatoes tender, and the mac n cheese was the perfect accompaniment.

Beautiful views with delicious food! This was our 2nd time here, and it didn't disappoint! Crawfish were spicy and perfectly cooked. Mondays, they have 75 cent boneless wings. We had spicy garlic & hot, both tasty. We decided to try an appetizer combo. Crab balls were very crabby & delish. Popcorn shrimp was good. Their crab queso with their homemade tortilla chips were the star! Our daughter had their kids mac & cheese. It was kraft-y. We got her a fruit bowl with it & I was pleased to see it was fresh fruit & not from a package. Great happy hour & drink specials here, too. My jalapeño margarita was delicious & homemade! Our server, Gabriel, was on point! She greeted us with a smile and took excellent care of us! We will definitely be back!

Sat outside in shade w/breeze. Relaxing water view of picturesque houses across lake, boats out, people fishing, beautiful blue sky & happy birds enjoying people & leftovers. Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere & good food.

So good! We all ordered something different. I ordered the crab stuffed red fish, son ordered Mahi Mahi with jalapeno sauce on top, mom ordered grilled red fish with white sauce, dad ordered red fish tipped with et touffe. The crab balls and bacon wrapped shrimp for appetizers epic! Definitely want to go here. You will not be disappointed. Also if you like to sit outside they are waterside which is beautiful!

I was invited to have lunch colleague's, have not been on this side Nassau Bay, it is beautiful. I had the seafood sampler, composed of grilled shrimp, two types of fish , and grilled veges. It was delicious, but the portion was quite small. I ended up ordering fish and chips to ensure I fill up my tummy. The view of the water from the restaurant is beautiful. I'll definitely be back.

Our first time at Sam's Boat was a successful outing. I started with the $4 margaritas. Well you get what you pay for. After two $4 margaritas, I switched to beer so I could get some alcohol. However, we still enjoyed the place. We sat outside on the deck to enjoy the pleasant spring evening. We started with the crab balls. They were fantastic. We decided on sandwiches for dinner. I had the Swiss Avocado Burger, my wife had the Cod Sandwich. Both were very good, but I think the Cod Sandwich was the better choice.

Nancy, the manager here, and All the front desk staff were beyond compare,when my husband tripped outside before coming into Sam's Boat. NANCY and her staff... All I can say is never before have we had such caring and.loving people. Nancy got the necessary bandages and even wrapped my husband's hand. AMAZING this day and time.

Stopped here for dinner and got in just before the start of their dinner rush. The service was really good and the food was excellent. Far better than we initially expected. We would definitely eat here again.

Fun and tasty food selection with draft beer and a magnificent sunset view. Good place to hang out with friends and watch NFL games.

Went in to eat the other night !! The seafood was amazing the vibes were amazing!!! And our server a young lady named Emma was working her tail off !! Made sure are drinks where full and stomachs where happy best service I’ve received at this location and I go a lot !! Thank u Emma for making are night awesome!! We will be back !!!
