Ivo was a great help during the process, very thorough and helpful while my sister and I got new phones. He took the time to find the best deal possible for us. He is very personable and funny, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Dustin was absolutely amazing. He was professional, cordial and very knowledgeable about my needs for my new business. I have been with verizon for approximately 19 years and was satisfied with the service until I got an agent that wasn’t as professional and concerned about my needs a few days ago. Dustin took time to offer what I needed not just to make a sale. Dustin went above and beyond and I was able to get a much needed IPAD and 3 business phones. It pays to care.

Worked with Dustin over the last week, he helped me out with filing my insurance claim on my phone as well as creating an action plan for when my payment came in. My phone was stuck and frozen and wouldn’t respond to any of my commands. I went into the store and even though I was moved to T-Mobile. Irving still helped me get my phone back up and running. Excellent service if I say so myself.
