Dairy Queen

Had a big order, took them about 8-10 minutes to get my order everything was hot fresh and well done !!! Staff was very nice and friendly. The restaurant was very clean, the counter and prepping food area was clean!! Definitely will return. Oh and they have great deserts!!!

The food was pretty fresh minus the fries. It was 8pm. Everything was still decent and our family ate it up as well as the ice cream. The new snickers brownie blizzard of the month was delicious.

I have always loved Dairy Queen, even after I worked there, lol! These are my favorite burgers, and the soft serve ice cream can not be beat! I substitute the jalitos for the fries in my meal. They're super tasty, and eating peppers is a good way to have a healthy gut. I recommend the full meal deal. You can't go wrong with the DQ choice!

Excellent customer service! Christina was very friendly and provided the kind of customer service that just makes your day better! I knew what I wanted wasn't on the menu, but Christina was nice enough to ask what I wanted and then gladly offered to make me a custom treat! Very pleased with my experience here! :)

Bacon cheese burger 🍔 was really good and fries 🍟 were fresh hot . Had a dipped cone really good .

I always have a good experience when Heather is there. Food is fresh and correct, all condiments are given without even asking! However my last experience was pretty awful. An African American lady (she didn't have a name tag) was super rude for no reason. In the middle of my order she just stopped talking. So I drove up to the window and told me the amount, when I wasn't finished ordering. Half of the items I requested she said they were out of. I pulled around to park and wait for my order. She walked out with an apparent attitude handed me my order laughed and walked off.

Amazing service from the cashier !!! He caught that he messed up my order before he brought it out and promptly remade it. And after he brought my food to me and went back to get requested condiments! I loved the extra mile they took

Great Nachos, burger and blizzard... The Lady here was so very nice and very helpful- I didn't catch her name, but she would make Dairy Queen execs very proud !! I vote to give her a raise !! Please let her know we appreciated her kindness !

I took some shoots about an hours ago and thew up my 4 peace chicken basket. Don't eat fast food before drugs

Fantastic DQ visit today. This location will be my new DQ stop when traveling to visit my son. Very friendly and attentive staff. Best DQ Dude and the fries were cook just as I had ask. Thank you DQ!

Staff was super friendly and working ng their butts off as everyone was lined up inside and out for goodies.

I was here from sulphur springs tx I had a real good experience with ur night manager Dustin I think that's right had good service and hot food even though they were short ✋handed

The staff is so friendly at the New Road location😊 and Dairy Queen Food is always good! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the new fish is!
