My experience was top-notch! My first interaction was with John Callaghan. After the tornado hit our home on April 26, 2024, I called around and it was weeks out for me to get an appointment with other auto body shops. I received an email from John which was a generic marketing email but the timing was perfect. I called and John said, "Bring it in". I replied, "Today?" He said, "Bring it by in the next hour". I was shocked. From then on, Gregg Young and John had my business. John has been professional throughout the entire process. This wasn't a small job. The tornado did some massive damage to my 2019 Chevy Silverado High Country. Preston Dumas was also amazing. He called me regularly throughout the process giving me updates and letting me know where they were at in my extensive "rebuild" of my truck. My truck looks brand new and the body shop rocked the paint job! I couldn't be happier with my how my truck looks and the customer service I received. Thank you Gregg Young! And thanks to John Callaghan and Preston Dumas! I'm now a Gregg Young customer for life! I've attached some before and after pictures. The paint job is spectacular!!!

This is place is hands down, one of the best places I have ever experienced in any industry. The people who work here make you feel extremely valued and important to them. They leave no stone unturned when it came to going the extra 10 miles to make sure that all my needs were met and exceeded. I can’t thank them enough. Josh Cheek is worth his weight in gold. He’s a wonderful guy that is super attentive and on the ball when it comes to taking care of his customers. He even grabbed my dishes and took them back to the cafe when I was done. He’s a humble professional who really listens and works hard to get the best possible results. Preston over in the body shop is another one. He took great care of us. Also I have to mention Jeff in financing. This guy makes you feel like you have known him forever and is excellent in going through all the paperwork thoroughly. Ryan is the chef at the cafe and I couldn’t believe how amazing the food was at a dealership of all places. It was an all around unique and incredible experience working with all these people. Great food, people, customer service, and great atmosphere. I don’t know if gets any better than this place.

I had an appointment and was greeted right away. He said they would get started right away and that I could wait in the waiting area. Instead, I had lunch at the cafe with was delicious. I received a text stating if I had any questions about my service to text back on this number or just call. I thought that was a nice touch. It wasn’t long after and the service tech came and got me. We went over all the services and checks performed. Everyone that I spoke with that day were very nice. Definitely would go back.

My shopping experience was fantastic! My salesman Chris V. Was extremely patient with me helping me identify exactly what I wanted and then going above and beyond to help my find the perfect truck for me. I got a great vehicle at a good price. Highly recommend Gregg Young and Chris!

Back in June of 2023 I needed to put a battery in my truck nobody in Omaha was able to put it in the same day Greg Young Chevrolet was able to do at the same day and for that reason I will be a loyal customer of theirs they will do all the work on my 2019 Silverado 2500 HD. June 18th 2024 I had my oil changed and tires rotated by them they did an excellent job. Had breakfast while I waited was out within an hour.

Went in for a standard oil change and found out my car needed some work. They had me in and out within 24 hours. The communication I have had with Jack and Doug has been amazing! They both have kept me informed from the start.

We bought a Chevrolet Traverse from Matt Thompson yesterday at Greg Young Chevrolet. We are VERY pleased with him as our salesperson & absolutely love our new car! Matt was very patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked us through all the bells & whistles on the car and told us to call him with any questions! Andy the sales manager and Ryan the finance guy were both pleasant & helpful. We were glad they even fed us dinner before we headed home. The Corvette Cafe inside the dealership has great food. When we’re ready for my husband’s truck, we’ll be back!

Timing chain slipped and I needed a new motor. Jack in the service department took great care of me. From dealing with the extended warranty company to keeping me updated, everything went smoothly. Thanks to Joe who hooked me up with a nice loaner car for the two weeks the repairs took. Also, I didn't catch the techs name but he did the hard stuff. As a former mechanic, I appreciate all your hard work.

My service advisor, Doug Banks, was the best! He was able to get me a loaner vehicle while my truck was repaired. Everything went smoothly with great communication from Doug. Thanks!!!

Brought in my son's 2010 Acura TL with fairly significant front and rear end damage. Repairs took a bit longer than expected due to insurance issues, but it was worth the wait. Alex and her coworkers did an excellent job! Looks better than ever. Highly recommend!😁

I had one of the best experiences ever at Gregg Young Chevrolet. My original sales rep was Mike, but he was unable to be there due to a funeral which is perfectly understood. In his stead was Dallas. When I arrived to the lot I was immediately greeted. I was also brought a beverage and before I could sit in the waiting area, my vehicle was parked out and ready for me to test drive. Dallas made sure everything was lined up perfectly for me. He answered all of my questions before I could even ask. After my test drive we started the paperwork and from there Dallas got us some lunch. Before we could finish eating all of the paperwork was done and all we needed to do was sign and drive off the lot. This experience was quick and seamless because of Dallas and the amazing Finance team.

I have had several services done at Gregg young after buying my truck there, Brandon the service advisor has gone well above and beyond to assist me and always gets me in ASAP. He responds right away to messages sent to him and always makes sure we are taken care of. It’s been really nice working with him on any issue I had.

Incredibly friendly staff, great customer service, the waiting area is the best waiting area I've ever been in at a car dealership (full service kitchen, massive amount of seating, areas to work, or relax or eat, wow!). From the time I set the appointment online, which was fast and easy, to the time I walked out, A+ across the board. I know where I'm getting my next vehicle!

I called two weeks in advance to set up an appointment and have specific work done to my vehicle, my service advisor listened to what I had to say and got the work done in a timely and professional manner.

Dealership was very responsive when ordering my parts. Called me as soon as part arrived. Interaction was smooth as silk. Great team and dealership to work with. I've tried going through another dealership that was closer and was disappointed, but this dealership as always made things happen and took care of the issue. There is no other dealership for me. Carstar at Gregg Young was the recommended body shop from State Farm after a recent fender bender. We had an easy and pleasant experience with both companies and the work the body shop did was great. The best part of the experience, though, was Preston and Gregg Young! He was friendly and understanding and answered our questions honestly and quickly! Great to work with and really put me at ease. So helpful!

I use to get my car serviced at the location that shut down, so I was a little worried going to a different location. However, I will definitely be making this my home location. John was very nice and easy to work with. He and the team got me in and out very quickly. I was able to enjoy lunch at the cafe and next thing I know my car was ready. Thank you!
