Culver’s

Service was very nice and helpful, food was great and the ice cream was top notch. The kids loved it!
UPDATE:
We came back and somehow it was even better! We had two different employees come check on us to see if we needed anything like ketchup or napkins or even drink refills. I’ve never seen that at a fast food restaurant before! Will definitely be back.

Erick, was a wonderful server and did a wonderful job explaining The sizes difference the specials and the delicious food. 😁 We were visiting last Sunday from Oklahoma And stopped in to get a dessert after visiting your Omaha zoo.

Culvers is a classic!

The food here is absolutely amazing, at least, with my order
I typically order the chicken Strips/Tenders meal, the fries are almost always hot, yet amazing to eat.
The chicken has a kind of rough texture in your hand, yet its pretty soft in your mouth.
When picking a drink, I highly recommend the Root Beer, their root beer is some of the best you’ll ever taste!

The service is good, nothing bad but no real up’s

I’ve been inside before, but its been a while since I’ve actually gone inside.
The atmosphere from what I remember is that its pretty small, yet walkable

I want to give a huge shoutout and recognition to the closing staff last night on Friday 07/19/2024 (specifically the 2 ladies wearing pink hats, working the kitchen) my partner and I came in the drive thru for 2 L Strawberry Banana smoothies and they looked like possible mixers (we may have been wrong) we circled back around understanding we may be wrong and mistakes happen. No harm no foul. Plus it was closing. We want to thank the one girl who originally made them, you’re doing a great job and never let any minor inconvenience discourage your greatness or character. To the second girl who didn’t hesitate to replace them and make them over for us especially during closing. Ma’am, you are also AMAZING and a representation of a leader and strong willed caring person. Stay beautiful you two boss queens! Thank you for the wonderful experience and being great human beings! 🙂 I hope you both get the recognition you deserve!!! ♥

We had the most cheerful sweetest lady bus our table and give blessing during our lunch. Made our day and made us smile. It was Saturday at lunch on April 6th, 2024. Wish I would have gotten her name. She needs a raise!!!

The team members were very friendly and professional. The food was served hot and fresh and they made sure it was dressed the way I wanted. The lobby could use some TLC and the windows were covered in kid smudges all over, but it was late afternoon, early evening. But, it was still as good experience. Went on a Tuesday early evening.

Wonderful experience every time we visit this restaurant! The food is always on point and delicious and hot, never cold or warm!!! 👍🏽

Foods good, custard/ice cream is great but we come back every weekend for the service! Eric's a great manager, the girl who works at drive-through, Zen, is always cheerful & the boy at the register inside, River, is always smiling & welcoming when we come in :)

I went to this Culvers with my family around 200 pm on a Saturday and the service was great, the staff was super friendly. The food was Awesome. I will for sure visit this Culver’s again.

Great place for a lunch chat. Only downgrade was for cheese curds that were a little cool when they arrived at my table.

The food looks simple until you take a bite of it. Just found my new favorite burger joint. 😅🙏🙏

Everything is made fresh and its peace and quiet. No one is talking extremely loud during lunch.

Customer service was very nice and polite! Food was hot and not sloppy. All employees were wearing masks. Definitely one of the better fast food places around Omaha.

One of the family favorites. Not fast food as they make it to order. Better burger, great fish options, and the cheese curds and salty like one of their competitors. Frozen custard treats, what's not to live about Culver's???

Where else can you get broccoli and a cheeseburger and so quickly? It's great I really love it.

I stopped in within an hour of closing. The drive thru and inside were both very busy. The food and service were superb. All the staff were working at top speed and were genuinely kind and polite with each other as well as with customers. Amber, the crew chief(?), was awesomely organized! They were all very helpful to me as I am a person in her 70’s and have some mobility limits. They went out of their way to help me and others. Thank you!

Clean, kind, and fresh food. Online ordering made it so much easier to order for a family of 8. No mistakes.

I have never had a bad experience. The food is really good and fresh, it's the only place I'll get a hamburger. It is generally pretty clean, and the service is always excellent.

Excellent food. Fair prices. Made fresh and the employees are friendly. The place is easy to get into. Nice and clean appearance on the outside. *Only once did they make a mistake and forgot one sandwich, large fry, and large onion rings. We had a large family order. When we got home and discovered it I called and they took our info for replacement.
As for the food quality, I have never had any complaints. Food is always hot, fresh, well wrapped or packaged. In regards to Covid protocols, the employees were wearing masks and gloves!
Eating out is expensive everywhere, but for what you get at Culver’s it’s definitely worth going there!
