Need a small $6 washer very desperately along with a few other things. Unfortunately the washer wasn't in stock but Keith was excellent in realizing the situation and even called around to find it to me. Great staff and service. Thanks AutoZone!

I just wanted to say Jessica H. was PHENOMENAL! As a supervisor in customer care she truly made me feel like a valued customer and I would travel from Durham just to come to this location based off the service she provided. She made a connection with my spouse and I, she assisted with looking up batter information for his vehicle and even installed it and helped me get the proper key batter replacement too. Although I know some of this is standard, I've been to other locations that were not friendly or customer oriented nor even bothered to install a battery we purchased from them. I even had issues with my card and payment and she was kind enough to bare with me throughout the process and share some jokes She is a true asset to Auto Zone and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Thank you JESSICA!!

Needed coolant and a bulb for my X5. Well I didnt know I needed a special bulb I ended up taking it back. They were nice and professional.

I was told by other auto stores they couldn't install my battery, so I went in this morning at Auto Zone in Creedmoor to purchase one for my Dodge Durango Citadel. I didn't even ask, since I was told before by other stores, but while I was waiting to pay the manager, I noticed Derrick pull out the battery and cart. I was wonderfully surprised and grateful that he was able to install when others told me they couldn't/wouldn't. He was very cool and patient! He didn't mind me watching the process and was finished in minutes!!! I would definitely recommend this store if you are in need of great customer service from a local auto store!! All 3 of the guys on staff that morning had great personalities!

I'm traveling out of town to Maryland from Augusta Georgia stopped to get some power steering fluid. Mr Jeffrey c was more than helpful went above and beyond the call of duty to come and look at a serpentine belt which I also purchased and was courteous enough to look up some things about my air conditioner for me very courteous extremely knowledgeable about what he's doing passionate about his job and helping other people. Wish there were more people like him working in every establishment that I go to. Mr Heath Coleman also very courteous them in the world!! Extremely satisfied with this visit to this AutoZone!!

Can I just say IM GLAD I CAME ACROSS THIS AMAZING AMAZING STORE. Just now when I was at Macdonald’s, my battery died and I call them to see if they can come to my location and charge my battery. With NO hesitation, they came under 5 minutes and charged my battery. It was a white lady and she did an amazing job. FAST AND QUICK.

Nice people. The guy helping us went out and measured or rear wiper blade since it wasn't in the system then tried a few out to try and find the right one. Then he installed the two front ones we ended up purchasing without me even asking. Very helpful and great to deal with.

As much as I hate to admit, I am the stereotype person who knows absolutely nothing about cars. The staff at AutoZone spent a solid hour helping me triage why both of my headlights were not working. It was so much extra and beyond what I would have expected anyone to do. What good people.

This location is great. Everyone that works there is always very nice, respectful, and helpful. Derick the store manager is also very knowledgeable and teaches his people when they need help. So glad this is now my local Autozone.

Brian and his crew were stellarly wonderful to us. We had just gotten our truck painted and we were doing some finishing touches and they spoiled us rotten helping us make sure that it was perfect. they were so impressed by the truck too that they had to take a picture of it to see how beautiful the 26-year-old Nissan truck.

Everyone was friendly and in high spirits. Was great energy and vibe. Very respectful and I appreciate their help. I got there very often and its the same experience every time.

I want to give a special SHOUT OUT to Brennen who works at the Creedmoor NC locationfor his STELLAR customer service. He greeted me the minute I walked in the door. Made points right then, stated I thought it was my battery. He got the tester and outside we went. Confirmed the battery was bad offered to replace it right then. I really would recommend this Auto Zone 201%!!

Cashier was friendly knowledgeable and had me out quickly. Also the person who installed battery was fast and friendly.

Ever time I go in AutoZone in Creedmoor, I get the impression they really appreciate my business. They greet me right away and do everything they can to take care of my needs. Great crew!
