Oh, I usually go to the McDonald’s across the street today i went into the Wendy’s to get a double cheeseburger combo meal good fast service girl rang me up I see they had a pumpkin Frosty so I got the combo with the pumpkin frosty food was hot fries were hot. I think I got my food literally less than a minute, because there was no one else in the store except drive-through, and like I said everything was clean everybody was nice had a good attitude. It was so nice visit. My only complaint is that you have a pumpkin Frosty for Halloween how about a cranberry flavored frosting for Thanksgiving and an eggnog flavored frosting for Christmas? it may be banana or raspberry flavor frosting like throughout the year. I think that would be a pretty good mix up.

Have to say this is the most pleasant wendy's I've been too. All the employees are cheerful and always so pleasant.

The staff were nice and the food came out right away. It was clean for a fast food restaurant, and it was the best Wendy's ive been to in a while.

Made a quick stop headed up the interstate, employees were so happy and pleasant. They got the food out quickly and the food was good. I’d say it is the best fast food experience I have had in a long time.

About a year ago would have given this place a negative star. But whoever is in charge now has really stepped up the game at this location. Almost overnight. Service went from having your food almost tossed out the window to it almost feeling like I went thru a Chick-fil-A. Staff are super friendly and the speed of service has dramatically improved. Hope it stays this way.

Love this Wendy's good, clean place, with friendly staff. Have to wait till 10:30 am for lunch to start and give them a couple minutes to cook everything so as long as you have just an ounce of patience it's an amazing place to go eat!

Since the rebuilding of the store, Wendy's has improved 100% the employees are better, friendly. My son loves their burgers, and I love the fact they added fruit to the kid's meal for my girls.

Excellent service! Willing to go the extra mile. God bless the staff working last night, 3/24/18. I was going home to Keysville, VA, after a concert at PNC arena. It was raining and snowing and I was hungry. I had to find a place to stop after getting out of Raleigh. I did not realize the time. I pulled up at the drive-thru, and was told they were closed. Then the attendant came back and asked what I wanted. I told her anything would do, as I was hungry and traveling. They hooked me up with a few things they had left over which were still good, and a Frostie! Thank y'all from the bottom of my stomach!

The breakfast is amazing!! Orders have been executed so much faster lately and the accuracy has improved as well!! Keep up the good work!!

Michelle and one other person are holding down the fort alone and doing it with style. Slow drive through because of low wages/short staffing.

Each bag had the right sauce, straws were not crushed (looking at you McDonalds) Food was exactly quality I was expecting or better.

Stopped in for a quick bite before getting back on I-95 in North Carolina. Only 60 calories in the pomegranate vinegarett, loaded with tender chicken bites, sliced apples, sweet dried cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, AND candied pecans resting comfortably on a bed of FRESH spring mix greens!!! OMG!

Every visit here over the years has been positive, and with the restaurant having been rebuilt in the past 18 months it's even better. Great service, great food.

This was the cleanest Wendy's I have ever been to with the friendliest front of house staff... The manager was behind the second sandwich station making food and it was the best double I have ever had!
