Believe the reviews! I purchased a home from this NON PROFIT...not much money was invested into the renovation. It's very evident that everything was poorly done on a subpar level. I had a 2 year warranty and getting that warranty honored became a problem, too get things repaired with that warranty...the entire plumbing under the sink came apart along with a list of other issues.
Avoid this incorpation at all costs.

HPI is the worst company to rent from every house has ants, the maintenance department doesn’t fix anything! Not having any air in 95 degree weather with toddlers isn’t an emergency! They are slum lord they over charge for this houses and don’t want to put any money into the houses! My first four months here i had a hole in my ceiling due to them not hooking up the a/c unit correct now i have no A/c at all! DONT NOT RENT THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! Worst mistake I’ve made and can’t wait to get out of here asap

HPI was overcharging us for our HOA fees by over $8000-$10000 a year! We threaten to sue HPI because some of the yard work wasnt getting done even though we paid our HOA fees and also they was charging us HOA fees for cutting their lots/land which wasnt our responsibilities, said by an legal attorney”. Then once we told HPI we want to see copies of bills so we can hire an attorney, “HPI decided to turnover our HOA to homeowners”! HPI was charging us between $15000-$18000 a year but once we taken over our HOA fees, “our HOA bills was only between $6000-$8000. GOD TRUTH

They call service line is alway busy & I paid my dopsit 2 weeks ago and now I want my money back and the lady stop answering my phone calls after she showed me the place and gave her the deposit 😡😡😒
