Big thanks to y'all for helping me out today! I came in needing to get my headlight bulbs replaced, when I asked about help with putting them in, they said they needed to check first to be sure they could. Understandable, so I waited for someone to be available to help. Brandon was awesome! We did find that my driver's side was sealed shut, he was so patient trying to fix it, but it wouldn't budge. So he and another gentleman gave me directions on how to get it open at home and helped put my mind at ease in case a cop pulled me over. Came home and got the other one in without issue, just as they directed. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend y'all to others 🥰

I went in to have my battery tested. Even though the store was busy, Jackson tested my battery, found the replacement, and installed it too.

Called new cut auto zone and asked if they would look up popular level and see if they had rotors for my car. And they did. Popular level was busy and not answering my calls. Thanks Auto zone!

Prices still suck, as there is a huge markup, but it's what all of them are doing now days, so unless you can wait and order it online, it's what you have to deal with.

Still amazing and helpful people!

Brief update: This location has become our primary, local store. Deliveries are done as quickly as humanly possible, on the super rare occasion a mistake is made by them or us, we never have an issue correcting it. We are grateful to have Matt and Mike working as hard as they do for us!

The staff working in commercial, now that Mike is back and Matt is still there, are freaking great. The parts are still really low quality at bad pricing. However, when you have to get the job done quickly, you do what you must.

Absolutely great experience! Big shout out to Hunter for installing my headlight bulb with me, which I got for a surprisingly affordable price. He offered to come outside as it was getting dark and taught me how to install the new bulb. Really, really appreciate it! I’ll absolutely be back for any other needs.

The Black Gentleman that worked there was very kind, understanding, Professional, Be even came outside to check to make sure I was buying the correct bulb for my headlight. It seemed like the store was being operated properly with a Great Staff.

I pulled into the parking lot 4 minutes before they closed. I apologized and asked them if they would still check my check engine light. I didn't catch the workers names, but they were fantastic with helping me. They were an older, tall black gentleman and a younger white girl with short hair and glasses. They were so helpful. They definitely deserve raises.

This is the AutoZone to go to!!! My vehicle completely stopped on me. I had no idea what was wrong with it. I had spent money paying people to fix things they THOUGHT were wrong. I finally took the time to come up here and I'm glad I did. Mr. Jay P listened to what was going on and told me what he thought it was. He took his break and spent that time following me down to my house to run a diagnostic. The codes that came up were EXACTLY what he expected and now I know, specifically what is wrong and what to get fixed. Thank you AutoZone for hiring knowledgeable, determined people. I will be back

Good in store customer service. You need to 've patient since it is a bit slow usually. Bilingual reps. Ask for Lourdes if you speak Spanish. She's great. Other reps can speak some Spanish too

What wonderful customer service!! It took a whopping fifteen minutes to purchase and replace my car battery (2003 Chevy Malibu). Darius (spelling?) braved the cold and knew by first glance the tools needed to get the job done! As a woman, I am often not taken seriously when requesting service at any location concerning automobiles, so this was a refreshing exchange! Thank you, Darius!

I was about to go on trip to Florida and it was about 5 minutes until the store closed. One of the associates was an amazing help to me, I needed to replace my O2 sensor in my Ford Focus. He was able to pull the part for me and assisted me past closing to figure out which one I actually needed. I will update this review later with his name because I don't recall. It was an older gentleman with longer grey hair.

Great customer service all around. You may wait in line for a bit, but I assure it isn't because they are being lazy. They are giving each customer the time necessary to full-fill their individual needs and requests.

The part sales manager at this location was amazing, he went above and beyond when helping me and I noticed his whole team at this location did too. Easiest, best experience I've ever had with a car parts store in my life. Highly recommend this location!
