I came in today because my bill was crazy high. The representative was very helpful. Helped me see what the difference in the bill and find out why it was higher and get it back down and helped me process a couple things on the account. Super helpful. They take care of the customer here.

I ordered a phone online and picked it up in store. I needed to exchange it for a different phone and the process was smooth, professional, and easy. Customer service was superb.

Yall was excellent. It was really 10 star service. From yesterday to today I received excellent help from two different representatives. The store is clean and everyone is friendly. I'm a brand new customer and I'm very happy with everything so far!!!

Andres was extremely helpful today. I lost my password and he got me back into my phone by helping jog my memory to remember it. He was very patient even though I was a little frustrated. After he did an account review to make sure that my bill was good. He told me about wifi for my house so I can now cancel spectrum and only have one bill. All around great service and a really nice young man. This store is where I always come for help. It's great for someone not tech savvy like me!

I’ve actually had the best customer experience I’ve ever had getting a new phone service in my life. Came here just to inquire about prices and service offers I was interested about that I seen from add promotions but Daniel made things seem so perfect for my situation by naturally pointing out the things he thought would matter to me or appeal for my what type of service I wanted.he didn’t overly explain he made major key points about the top listed offers and promotions that I would have never known about or considered if he didn’t take his time making me feel comfortable making my decision by having all available promotions and rebates that I was certified for…. This experience was definitely well worth it and I appreciate Daniel for being the first person to make me feel seen heard and understood…. Give this dude a raise or promotion because I promise I didn’t anticipate getting a phone today but after how he expressed all the things Verizon offers I was sold

Andres did an excellent job helping me get a new phone. I wanted to upgrade my phone and he showed me options and we settled on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I love it. It's so pretty and it has a pen which will be helpful for work. I've been with Verizon for a long time and I love it!

I came in to the store here on Dixie Highway to get some help with some technical issues. The guy at the store helped me cancel a membership and looked to make sure there wasn’t a virus on my phone. They are very nice and very helpful here. Would recommend coming in for all issues!

This store is way better than the other corporate store. I’ve had trouble before and they didn’t help me. I was having an issue with my eSIM. So this store was way better and much more helpful. At the other store they just pushed me out the door before I barely got in.

Alex was a great help with getting me update. He also helped me save 30 dollars with auto pay. I'm very satisfied with his service. He full of information.

I just came into the store on Dixie highway in shivley and had a great experience. All I came in to do was pay my phone bill but while I was in I complained about my bill being high, Daniel was able to look into my bill and see things I didn't know I was paying for. He removed the features and even got them credited back to me on my next month bill! I'm very pleased with the customer service, thank you. P.S give him a raise!

This gentleman was awesome he helped me into my new galaxy ultra. Then solved the issue i had with my son needing a phone, a new galaxy tablet. Great as always.

Shane was extra helpful and knowledgeable. My old phone's battery died. He advised me that I needed to purchase a new phone. With his help I chose the new Motorola Edge 5G. He explained all the new features in terms I could understand. Verizon has always been there when I needed help. I will continue to advertise your service.

I wanted to express the great customer service that I received last week from Charles Gue at this locations. Although I wasn't able to resolve my phone issue, his patience and customer service with me was superb! He tried troubleshooting my phone and kept me informed about what he was doing and why and I appreciated that. Also, his personality was so pleasant and calming and he was very easy to talk to. Thank you Mr. Gue for restoring my faith in people again!

My mom upgraded my phone recently and I got the new iPhone 15. I love this phone and she said we got a good deal on it. This store is helpful and the guy that helped us did a great job. 5 stars all around! The store was very clean and neat too.
