Penske Truck Rental

They are way cheaper than u-hual.But was more of a headache.But they did give huge discounts for the problems we endured.Also they have a much bigger military discount.Anyhow l did finally get my truck and car carrier.And l really can't blame Penske for the issues. l really blame home depot for not ensuring the vehicles worked and not knowing the inventory and communicating it to Penske.So I will work with Penske again like l said they gave a huge discount and it really wasn't their fault for the issues If anything Penske fixed everything and called around to make sure we got what we needed.

I dropped my truck and car carrier off at this location and no issues all l had to do was turn in the keys.It was easy working with them.Will definitely work with them on our next move.

I love that place. They make it feel like family. They go out of their way to help the customer a lot. Everyone is excellent, especially their manager Nicoll.

So in the past 3 months we have rented 3 Penske trucks for 2 separate cross country moves - and our experiences have been excellent. On our most recent move we realized at the last minute we had too much stuff - and at the very last minute we needed another truck. Nicole at the Waukegan location went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we got what we needed - and she made a very stressful day much less stressful. I recommend Penske and specifically the Waukegan location very highly!

Very nice people and great service

I had a great experience with Penske in Waukegan. It was the end of the month, and I had been messed over by other rental truck companies and needed a truck immediately. Penske was able to get me the truck I needed and even discount some of the added cost in order to make it work for me. Jack at the Waukegan location was a huge help and I will definitely use them in the future when needed.

Nicole was more than helpful and amazing gave us the perfect set up for the truck we needed and a good price!

May 17, 2017. Fast, and efficient. A little tight in the yard, but they allowed me to transfer my load in the yard. I was able to get in and out with my 53' trailer.
