The barista that helped me was awesome. She smiled when I walked in and greeted me. While I ordered my drink she was very polite and chatted with me. Got my order and name correct. Vicky definitely makes this store a better and friendly place. Absolutely will come back to this Starbucks!

The line was really long today at this location,very busy. I order a Mango Dragon fruit refresher with lemonade and vanilla Cold foam topping. It was absolutely delicious! The parking lot is terrible to get in and out.

I was quite satisfied with both the open and closing times. The personnel was excellent, extremely professional, and well-organized. The coffee was also served hot. Location has plenty of parking, is clean inside and out, and has a pleasant atmosphere for meetings.

The barista, Debby, helped me today and found what’s going to be my new go to fall drink! I don’t come often and really needed a recommendation. Debby listened to all my preferences and then suggested an almond honey flat white and had me taste it to make sure I liked it. It was the perfect cozy drink and Debby was just such a delight to my day. Thank you!!

1st time I've ordered at any Starbucks. I was ill several weeks ago my daughter introduced me to Medicine Ball with extra honey and peppermint. The guy to took my order was pleasant he asked how was my day . I laughed at 1st . I told him I was sick with the flu he jumped and am I safe
We both it off and I told him I had the flu and I was out picking up mote meds. He definitely has great people skills. Awesome experience

My caramel Macchiato was so yummy, lots of caramel usually I ask for extra because there isn't a lot but I didn't even ask and they put a good amount!

Vic is great describing drinks, great customer service and her drinks are delicious.

Great place to stop by for coffee. Audrey went on and beyond with customer service.

Atmosphere is friendly and staff is personable. I am only refraining for month of June until they take down the LGBTQ+ pride flag. Though I love the people who involve themselves, I'm not proud of those practices and can't celebrate it.

Haven't had my favorite drink in 2 months...did not disappoint! Thank you Grand and Greenbay location for my fix! Wonderful service and awesome tasting products.

The store is great but I would like to make a suggestions…the last week or so the espresso shots have been very off tasting…I think it’s time for a calibration and cleaning…other than that the staff is always awesome!

Went late at night to get coffee before my midnight shift. Despite it being right before close they were very upbeat and kind! Abbey helped me at the register, I really hope Starbucks is appreciating workers like her and her fellow closing team!

Love their hot Chai latte. Customer service is always great!

Has a nice outdoor seating area. A little small inside the store. This is one of the smaller, less busy stores. Great coffee as always!

I want to include a special shout out to Sylvia, I was legit having a horrible day and the staff there is always wonderful and hard working, you all are so awesome!!!!

This is a good Starbucks. They had the seasonal cake pop which was the unicorn flavor for the summer. They also made the pink drink right. Good job workers on 6/12 around 7 pm drive thru workers.
