DQ Grill & Chill

I've been to 3 different DQ Locations in the area in the last month or so, but this one Specifically was the BEST All around! Not only did they do the order absolutely PERFECT (for 5 ppl), an order consisting of several diff Iceream orders, but food ones too. The staff were Very Kind and friendly, and made a point to get our order down Exactly how everyone wanted. The Ice-cream and food were ALL Made ABSOLUTELY PERFECT And Soooo YUMMY too!
NOT ONE SINGLE "mess up" or "Error" (which I KNOW happens.. ppl are only human. Can't expect perfection. And it just happens sometimes).
I mean like; its Not uncommon if me or one of the kids don't get their extra caramel/hot fudge, etc. Or they'll accidentally forget something, Or go "Overboard". Well, NOT This time!
I Just want to say this DQ location has an AMAZING employee "Crew/Staff".
(We'll, for that shift anyway!)

I bought my favorite chocolate malt at the drive thru. Always tastes the same. Good quality.

We use the drive thru service and I always order a small chocolate Oreo blizzard and it's so good! Never had a bad experience yet! Love it 💓!

Came to buy an ice cream cake, the girl at the counter was so sweet. They wrote happy birthday on the cake for my son. The girl working the front end 8/31, was so sweet and very attentive. Chicken fingers basket is a fabulous favorite for us, with honey mustard sauce for dipping. Thank you

Went through the drive through as a reward for my son getting through his toe procedure without kicking the doctor in the face. He's a bit reactive. He says the blizzard was good.

Burger meals are great. Chicken tender baskets are my favorites. Reasonably priced. Blizzards and malts are made better here them most places. Banana splits are excellent in tasted and price. Friendly associates. I asked for banana to be cut in tiny chunks for an 80+ year old and I was pleasantly pleased with the attitudes towards my request - service was above and beyond. I love theirs ice cream cakes. Cakes are evenly proportioned not like some places where they skimp out on the crunchiness and fudge. They also have personal sized ice cream cakes called cupcakes that come individually or in a 6 pack… yummm

The food is always delicious. The staff is very friendly. We always get our food quickly

Best DQ around. Bought an 8" cake for Mothers Day and they personalized it at no charge. Friendly and efficient staff with the chunkiest Blizzards in town. Can't wait till they open another location even closer to my home!

Jayden is our favorite staff person, always so attentive and friendly.

I brought the family for a meal and treats. The entire establishment was very clean and well run. The service was exceptional considering there seemed to be a new employee learning the ropes. My order was correct the first time and the food was good.

We stopped for a holiday treat and they were busy! Cars circling the building busy at the drive thru... we waited in the line for 25 minutes. We seen the line and expected the wait. My husband got his usual milkshake (raspberry). I tried something different, a double chocolate brownie something. Wow!!! So worth the wait! That certainly is a winner!!!

Our family tradition is a trip to Kraynak's followed by dinner and dessert at DQ. Admittedly, it was a little over an hour before close when the 9 of us walked in. Paul waited on us and he was so friendly and did a great job taking our order accurately. The staff prepared our order quickly, and once again accurately. We than ordered our ice cream. Everyone was very pleased with the quality and size of their ice cream, compared to other DQs. We walked out right at 9. Not once did the staff rush us or make us feel unwelcome. You have a fantastic team here! We appreciated being able to come back to this tradition this year.

Want to thank the manger& staff for their dual dilegence trying to help me & my sister out. We had no way of opening her o2 tank they tried everything to do so. Even breaking their own tools to aid a stranger who's struggling to breathe. They all went above and beyond their duties! My sister recently got out of the hospital for congestive heart failure on right side. We only wanted to celebrate early my sister 40th & 5th birthday of my nephew then they go above and beyond making sure to keep her steady & alive. Thank you may god bless yinz!

The first time I ever went to a DQ, 40+ years ago I thought the ice cream tasted like chalk and ended up throwing the cone out (I think it was in VA). Fast forward that 40+ years and am very happy I gave them a second chance!! Love the $5 & $6 meal roptions and the blizzards are to die for.

It isn't quite fast food, but it is faster than most places. The option to have DQ ice cream and a meal it pretty nice. The employees are kind and helpful. If you want something cheap, sweet, and fast I do recommend.

wasn't sure where to go couldn't find a place to order my pretzel. No time my ice cream melt. I ddint know want to do but then the DQ lady ate it. Glad she was there to help. I'll never forget to eat there again!

The day before thanksgiving I received a request for an icecream cake for a very dear person's birthday. Being the day before Thanksgiving I knew it would be almost impossible and I was correct, everywhere I went I received an emphatic no, not today, we're sorry. Until I came to the Hermitage DQ! I was prepared for, "no", but the young man who waited on me said, "of course!" He was so polite, asked me what flavors I wanted added to it, how i wanted it decorated, what colors, what flavor ice cream, I couldn't believe it! Not only was I getting an icecream cake the day before Thanksgiving , I was getting it custom made and fresh!
It was so delicious! And my special someone had the best icecream cake for her 91st birthday! She was thrilled! I cant thank you enough!

Stopped in for blizzards for myself and my boys. I had the Oreo Mocha for the first and am officially upset it's a limited time flavor. It was one of the best blizzards I've ever had. Service was friendly.
