Dunkin'

The staff at this location are all wonderful! They are super friendly and efficient. I place mobile orders five or six times a week and it rarely takes more than a minute in the drive thru to get my items. If I walk inside to pick it up instead, they recognize me and hand me my order. The employees make coming to this Dunkin a great experience. The drinks, donuts and sandwiches are always very good as well!

I am a new dunkin customer really, lol my wife got me into coffee and I am really happy with this location. The food is always hot and fresh and the drinks are great! The staff has always been super helpful and I have no complaints

I order a large Charlie cold brew with less ice and every time I order either through the drive-through or inside of the store, they always remember my order! The fact that the employees take the time to remember my order is something that is very personal to me. Definitely some thing that keeps me coming back! Mara is always so kind and helpful, and greets me with a smile and asks if I would like my usual. All of the employees are efficient and you can tell that they have high expectations for each other and themselves. The atmosphere is always uplifting and lighthearted and the employees are always working very well together and using teamwork to get all of the work done.

Consistently good quality and accuracy. The star of the show is the young man that works at the drive through window. He is SO polite, warm, and friendly. Thank you for your kindness!

There were 2 wonderful young ladies working when we stopped for a little caffeine. They suggested an Iced Signature Turtle Latte for my husband. He loved it. I just ordered a basic Frozen Caramel Coffee, but it was on point.

The staff here is so so kind and sweet and welcoming. Like seriously they’re amazing and have been ever since this place opened I’m mad at myself for not posting a review sooner but after today I had to make sure I took the time. Especially with how young some of them are, parents be proud of how you raised these guys because they’re so respectful and just awesome. If you can, give them raises!!! Lol

I've now been to this location several more times since the last, and they're fast now. My order is taken as soon as I pull up to the speaker, and I haven't had to wait more than a couple minutes for my order. The food tastes fine, and my drinks (usually a frozen mocha with one or two turbo shots) are flavorful.

This Dunkin' has definitely gotten better overall.

I want to thank the employee guy with the black mask that took care of my payment when my card got declined in the drive thru this morning around 8:30-8:45 this is the importance of having cash. I Had funds in the account but we all been there when a card issue arises and only few bucks on hand or no cash on hand. You know who you are my order was a lg frozen mocha coffee and lg frozen hazelnut coffee and 1 bacon egg cheese bagel and 1 ham egg and cheese bagel. You sir made my wife very happy and i am very greatful for that keep doing what you do. I will pay this forward. Thank you so much again

The 2 staff members working that evening were awesome. They both were very knowledgeable and sweet, listening to our picky needs lol. Definitely a great experience!

Wonderful!!! I ordered an unsweetened ice tea and was told it was still brewing...did I mind waiting a few minutes until it finished. It took aittle longer than I was told, so when they brought out my iced tea they also gave me a few doughnut holes for the wait!

Sent in a mobile order this morning and went to pick it up, only to find out half of the shift did not show up for work. The 4 people that did were so far behind and could not get caught up. They could not get anyone to come in. This is what America has come to, no one wants to work, they just want to complain there is no work out there. There is plenty of work out there just show up for it!!!!! Thank you to the ones that did show up this morning at Smithsburg DD!!

Standard food. Lovely, friendly staff that worked well together (one person started ordered as cashier was taking order).
Restrooms were very clean.

When I heard there was going to be a Dunkin in town I was SUPER excited, and so far it’s been AMAZING. I’ve been there almost every day since it opened and all the employees are so friendly! The food is as good as any other Dunkin, so I think it’s a really great place for Smithsburg and its businesses. :)
