Admiral D's Waterfront Tavern

We’re sitting at Admiral D’s now, 4th tons this summer, they remember my order now! Menu is new and improved, service, as always, is on point, and despite the tiny kitchen, we’ve gotten our food quickly all 4 visits this summer. We’re listening to live music, and the breeze of the lake is fantastic, making it really pleasant despite high temps today. I can’t recommend this place enough. I haven’t read other reviews, but know in previous years there could be quite a wait for food. But we’ve always been loyal because I’d go for friendly service over fast any day and Admiral D’s has always had that.

Awesome views with great small plate options!! Caprese salad and fish tacos were a 10/10. Highly recommend!

I'm a U s Navy vet so needless to say where there is water, large or small amounts I want to be there. I had dinner here as I was on a overnight stay. I was so impressed with the ambiance that I took pics and sent them across the country to family and friends. Great place! Be patient with the staff, it's a large area and many guests to accommodate. Thanks for the great service AD!

Service was amazing, the chefs were very quick and especially in the cold side. Burgers and blats were amazing. Customer service by the wait staff was 10/10. Highly recommend going to this restaurant.

Great place to have a quick drink by the lake. Service is great, drinks and food are simple and good. Atmosphere is calming, especially if you can grab a table by the lake.

Accidentally found this spot on the water while driving by. Very small menu, but really good salad options I want to go back and try. I like that the space was open and service was so quick for lunch.

Our first time here and we had a wonderful time. Such a beautiful place to eat and relax near the water with AMAZING food!! They are dog friendly as well!

Very fun environments , the cooks really did a good job at getting our fish tacos out , and they were very tasty!!!! Overall amazing service and I highly recommend

We stopped while taking a walk along the shore. We sat on the patio and had some fries and drinks. Was really nice to just sit and hang out for a bit. Their fries are tasty. Service was good and friendly. We'll be back at some point for a more substantial meal.

A great place to get a drink, or some food with some buddies, and enjoy the lake side view as they only have outside seating for seasonal operations, but still worth the stopping by.

Had a lovely time with friends at a great location! Our drinks were cold and the food was good! We had the whiskey burger, turkey club, BLT, curds and fries and everyone was happy with their food. Our waitress Abby was full of smiles (few laughs) and very attentive.

Stopped by for a light meal. Great atmosphere. They offered our pup water and a treat right away. Food was fabulous and came quick. Highly recommend the tacos, and the mojito was tasty. We will definitely be back!

One word of suggestion, the burgers here, I feel comfortable saying they had little to no seasoning. I recommend having their staff do a taste test of their burgers. It was cooked decent but tasted like it lacked basic salt & pepper, food for thought (no pun intended).

The lake front atmosphere is great. We were greeted right away and a server took our order as soon as we were ready. The food came quickly and was done very well. It tasted great and was decently priced. I have heard you have to wait for up to an hour to get seated some days, but we walked right in and sat down. Definitely going to be back again soon. Very casual dining. Love it!

Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. Great food and drinks by the lakeside.
