I can only say Thank You to Jeremy for his help with my endless questions. This family owned business is the real deal. I cannot believe that I could buy a Challenger Torch 76 and a Prestige grill online and receive such quality customer service. You can call or Text their number at any time and get an instant response. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.

This past August i sent a set of planer blades in to be sharpened. When I called to check on the progress, they were among the missing. Mr. Peterson located them, keeping me in the loop, sharpened them, and returned them to me all at no cost. I still had a minor issue with the blades on their return. I advised Mr Peterson I would be purchasing a new set of blades. I intended to purchase the new blades and that would be the end of it. Mr Peterson offered to pay half of what a new set of blades would cost. Yesterday I received the check. This is the old fashioned way of doing business, and a level of customer service that is missing in today's world. Thank you Sir.

Great selection, service, and prices. Plus Double Dees, in the parking lot on Wednesday around noon has the absolutely best cheesesteak that I’ve had in years. 😊

Purchased a BEAUTIFUL aluminum cabinet for my Big Green Egg. Unfortunately it arrived with quite a bit of damage from the trucking company that was hired to deliver it. We contacted Jeremy and there was NO HESITATION on his part to replace it. We received a the replacement within two weeks and happy to say we are VERY SATISFIED with the design and quality workmanship of the cabinet. Will be a great/stylish addition to our patio. High marks for the product and the customer service. Would highly recommend the product and the customer service (if I'm being really picky, maybe they should pack their product better to protect during shipping and scrutinize the shipping companies a littler better).

Had two blank keys cut, that every single hardware store/ locksmith told me to kick rocks on. Did them perfectly, very fast as I was kind of in a hurry too. Not only that, but the people were great and super friendly. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service experience! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They got us exactly what we were looking for and we are very happy with our new Egg grill setup! Highly recommend supporting this local business, they were fantastic!

Been my regular hardware shop for 2 years now. And while they haven't always had everything I need, they certainly come close. But what makes this place stand out is the people. Great people with smiles, humor, and a genuine honesty is the standard here. The little extra attention that after a while makes a person feel like part of their family. Parts and pieces are comparable in price to others, but their is no price you can put on old fashioned hospitality. I shop their because I want to, not because I have to. 👍😀 Bonus: they honor veterans with a 10 percent discount.

I found everything about Family Hardware to be positive. Starting with the free shipping label down to the quality of the service they provide. Their overall process is smooth, fast and easy and I quarantee you will like the results. My blades came back sharper than when new. I recommend these folks.

We have sent our blades to Family Hardware 3 times now and we are always very happy with the results. The blades come back better than when they were new, and seem to stay sharp longer. I just send in a stack of blades, and don't always inspect them beforehand. If there are a couple of teeth missing, they just replace them, but last time I sent in a really dead blade and they kindly marked all the missing teeth and sent it back without sharpening it, or charging me for the shipping. Even if I could find a local sharpener, I'm pretty sure I'd still send our blades to Florida, because the shipping is cheap(free, isn't it?), and they always do an amazing, professional job .Give them a try and you won't regret it.

This family owned store gave me outstanding service! I needed a part for my master bath toilet. I could not find it anywhere local but I found it here. I ordered it on a Tuesday and I thought it would be at least 7 to 10 business days before I would get it. But low and behold it came in the mail on Thursday! I was shocked! My toilet is now fixed and I just ordered the same part again to have on hand should I need it down the road in another bathroom. Thank you Family Hardware, I will not hesitate to do business with you's in the future! Good job!

I just sent in 10 blades that were dull and missing a few teeth. They paid shipping both ways and sent them back in a timely manner. Just installed 1 blade on my table saw and it cut sharp and smooth through hardwood. Thanks I will be doing business with you again! ...DaveO

We had a steady stream of water leaking from our kids bathtub faucet. We were struggling to remove the old cartridge, since it was corroded and stuck in there really well.

I went to Family Hardware, per recommendations from my family friend. When you walk in, the front counter for checkout is there. Cindy and another gal were working the registers with customers, and still welcomed me with smiles.

I went to the plumbing section, and while browsing, Steve came up and asked if he could assist me. I told him the troubles I had, thinking I was going to purchase a removal tool, then return with the old cartridge..

Low and behold, Steve recommended that I borrow THEIR removal tool! All I had to do was give them my information and put a $5 refundable deposit down. They handed me the tool in a Tupperware case, and off I went!

The tool was SO handy to get that tricky cartridge out. I went back to Family Hardware with their tool and the old cartridge. I returned the tool, and showed Steve the old cartridge.

Steve helped confirm that I needed the Moen 1222 cartridge, and grabbed me one. Just to note, it had to have been returned previously. I could tell because the plastic casing was cut, and it had a piece of clear duct tape holding it together. It was also missing the lubricant.

Upon bringing it home, I struggled to get it in the pipe. Once it was in, and the faucet reassembled, there was no change, and the leak was still there :(.

So, I went back to the store and replaced that replacement. This new item was brand new, unopened, and had lubricant in it. This visit to the store, I noticed another female worker actively peeking down each aisle, asking each customer if she could assist them in any way. She was smiling each time, and then assisted at the checkout counter. Not a single employee was a pushy salesman. They were all genuinely interested in helping.

I went home to install this replacement, and this new one slid in with such each, and sure enough, didn't leak anymore!!

Steve was SO HELPFUL, as well as Cindy at the counter, and another gentleman that assisted me. We very much appreciate his help, as we were getting very disheartened about the seemingly easy fix.

We signed up for their rewards program and will definitely utilize them over big box stores like HD as much as possible. They were all so kind, helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE.
