We are snowbirds spending several months in Florida. We needed prescriptions filled for the first time in 2023. The pharmacist said 3 of them needed doctor approval and as soon as she could make contact she would have them ready. Very smooth. When we drove thru to pick up the assistant said the cost was over $500 and would we like to contact WellCare to see if better pricing was available? Very thoughtful but we had to meet our deductible and thus owed the full amount. Very pleased and satisfied with this CVS.

The manager was very friendly and helpful during my visit.. will definitely be back..

My parents came to town for our wedding. Unfortunately there was an issue with their prescription while they were here. We attempting to resolve the issue with the 1611 Pine Island Rd (closer to our house), we were treated terribly as it was near pharmacy closing time.

We decided to give the 737 Cape Coral Pkwy store a try. We were blessed to get Dawn. Even though it was just before closing time at this store, Dawn and her staff not only filled the prescription before we got there, she had very thoughtful suggestion for additional comforts for my parents. She literally walked out into the store to show us!

You don't get many changes to write good reviews. If you need a pharmacy, this CVS is about customer service. And Dawn embodies what it means to not only do a great job, but HELP customers! Way to go Dawn!

Shout out to Mark @ CVS for providing excellent customer service tonight. After driving all over town to find bottled water in preparation for a potential upcoming hurricane, we got lucky at CVS on Cape Coral Pkwy. Mark was so kind to help me bring out some cases to my car. Good job Mark! Great customer service is hard to find these days.

CVS pharmacy solved a prescription issue quickly and even offered a temporary supply Incase. Thank you to the pharmacist and staff on tonight at CVS, you bailed me out big time and I thank you.

We moved from Cape Coral to Ft. Myers almost a year ago. We thought that I would just start using a more local CVS. We figured that all CVS Pharmacies would be the same. NO! Not so! There is a lot to be said for having Pharmacists and Techs that know you by sight and are familiar with your particular issues. This may be a VERY busy Pharmacy, just like a good restaurant is busy, but they are worth crossing the bridge for, and worth the extra few minutes of waiting.

Can't express enough how friendly and helpful the CVS staff was today. From the prescription counter to the Dr... Thank you all. I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy and the Minute Clinic /Dr. A great experience.

I really like this CVS.
Every time I have to pick up a prescription I get the same nice girl, who has pixie cut hair. She always remembers my name even though I don't see her very often.
I go here a lot to pick up hair dye, and all the cashiers are super sweet and try their hardest to initiate nice conversation.

I saw Jean Nadeige for MONO testing at the minute clinic. She was so polite and kind during the visit. She made me feel very comfortable during the visit and I definitely recommend her if you come her for any kind of tests!

This cvs is super friendly and clean but i specially want to give a big thank you to a worker there her name is ronda,rotha my bad if i mispelled it but this lady assisted me with the best service i have every gotten in my life,she helped me out with a very bad situation and she helped me out with money for an emeregency .I just want to say that she is the best worker you guys have and she desereves a raise because she went out of her way to help me out financially and i truely appreciate that.God bless her soul she deserves the best and she has the best intentions .Please give Ronda,Rontha a raise ❤ truely had a wonderful expirience and no complaints

So nice they are open until midnight. Had to make a 11:30 run for a allergic reaction and this place was the only thing open that was close. Guy working was very helpful and made sure I found what I needed. Thanks For the help.

Need something, they had it, ask an Associate if they had any other Options & she took the time to look with me. Not to busy to help a customer.. Good price, Great service!

Been going this pharmacy for about a year now. Have had great service with quick and easy perception pick up.

The pharmacy has been so great to work with transferring my medication and my insurance after my move!!

Always a very busy place but have a great staff friendly knowledgeable and prompt they keep it to a full rpar.
