Wendy's

Online ordered and when we pulled up, they did not have an item we ordered, an orange frosty, as well as telling us they only had enough for two small frostys which was a problem since we ordered larges. The guy offered to give us three large drinks (which we only wanted one haha) on top of the two small frostys. He then gave us a large fry and refunded us the cost of the frosty they were out of. He was very professional and nice about the whole thing. I left feeling very pleased with the service here. Best service I've gotten anywhere in a while.

Drive thru, waited for almost 20 min. They didn't tell me total for anything. Wasn't busy. Other than that it was OK.

I pulled up at 11:57 due to my stove not working and not being able to cook and the only guy on shift Joe made sure I had something to eat for the night. During a super rough storm with tornados. Went above and beyond for me and I can’t be more grateful.

When I arrived in the restaurant I was greeted by the general manager, Andrea. She showed great hospitality to me and my parents stopping in for a bite to eat. You could see the team she has cultivated displayed excellent customer service that was refreshing and made us feel at home. The food was great and the fries were fresh and Andrea checked in with us to see how the food was.

Andrea runs a fantastic Wendy's and I would recommend this location to anyone that finds themselves passing by.

Fast fresh delicious. We visit this location several times a year on the way to camp and it's ALWAYS great! At times the hours of operation aren't the best but I would rather them do it RIGHT 5 days a week than to screw it up trying to be open too long for too many days! Great job!!!

This Wendy's location has made a noticeable change of improved service, professionalism, and happier workers over last couple months. Will definitely visit again soon after taking some time off from this location. It will be even nicer when they're able to allow inside dining again.

Wendy's was great , my complaint is their app won't let me login, I've tried forgot password, login with google , they're having problems with enough help to be open, so used to login to see if it was worth driving 5 miles

Delicious salad - the Southwest guacamole chicken salad. I also ordered a chili, and it was so good. The baked potatoes were delicious today first

Came in late around 10 pm. Fries were fresh and food was prepared fast even with a new employee. Very impressed.

I ordered a #1 w/ cheese. Pop lite ice. DELICIOUS. BURGER WAS FRESH. Drink was lite ice and fries were so hot, I had to let them cool off. Overall a great Wendy's to try and but from. Drive thru staff was super friendly too.

Haven't been to Wendy's in years and decided to try it again! Fast service and the food was great!! Live the chilli cheese fries!

I had a short wait for my food but the people were very nice very friendly.

I have stopped at this location probably 8 times now and for the first time in many many months, everything in my order was correct. I stopped going to Wendy's for a long time due to several errors on big orders that the drive thru was already to long the first time thru that I just dealt with it or went without. I threatened anyone not to ask me to even bring them to Wendy's, or I would punch them. My entire family can really only agree with Wendy's over any other restaurant, so at least once a week now I'll be buying it. Thank God for the three rivers Wendy's. Great job guys.

The $5.00 biggie bag, meal is worth your money!! Fries are always hot, and you can do an upcharge on fries, or pop. Also I'm very satisfied with customer service!!
