I love everything about this restaurant!!!The staff and management are really good people. Headquarters all the way down are the best people you could ever know. The food is great the hospitality is a 10. The place is always clean in the food is absolutely delicious.

Amazing staff! I told them about my food allergy and they made my meal fresh without question. I didn’t even ask them too. Thank you!

The boy at the window was very nice. Also my daughter Shawnette looked cute in her uniform.

Very friendly staff. Ya may have a short wait to get your dine in order, but it's always hot and fresh. Any requests are fulfilled with a smile. Of all the Jacks restaurants in the area, I believe this one is a favorite because it's so busy, every morning.

I love my local Jack's it's one of my go to places to eat! And I also love the rewards I get by having the app it's a must visit place to stop for a great bite!

The ladies at this Jacks location never disappoint! Always sweet, always make sure they ask what you want added on & make sure you get all your stuff.

I eat Jack's often from around the Shoals area and this location is by far my favorite. They're always so friendly and helpful. Not long ago I had ordered shakes for the whole family, but spilled them in my car and the lady in drive thru came outside with towels and a sanitary bucket and offered to help. I've never experienced such hospitality anywhere else. Side note: would just LOVE if the boneless wings were not seasonal lol

Got the bet milkshakes ever from here. We were visiting from out of town. All the staff were so friendly and the store was clean. Would definitely recommend this Jack's. 👌

Had a chicken sandwich with Alabama white sauce... dang it was good!

Stopped in on way back home and stopped here for a quick lunch....staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! Food was delicious! Fries....on point!! Mac and Cheese is GREAT....only thing was I wish they had filled up the container a tad bit more for the price. YUMMY!!! 🥰

I forgot the area managers name but she is amazing! I called because my order was messed up couldn’t make it back that day but I stop by the following day and she went above and beyond making it up for the mistake even tho we both know it wasn’t her fault she handled it like a real boss and made sure to keep me as a customer. I hope her awesomeness rubs off on some of her fellow employees she showed real leadership on how she handled the whole situation. Thank you!

Great fast food.

Line wasn't to bad going in to get breakfast. They were quick and got my order right. Jacks has some of the best breakfast out there puts Chick-fil-A's to shame.

Jack's never fails my families experience with their food and courteous staff. I've been going to Jacks since I was 6 years okd... seems like family! My daughter was a Jack's manager for 8 years and has trained and managed employees throughout. She worked from cashier up to cook while there. She chose to seek a new opportunity at a new restaurant but Jack's will always be a part of our family!

Always great service, although very busy most of the time.. Which I consider to be a good sign! We visit one or more times a week at least, sometimes more! One of the best fast-food services I know of.

Always dependable good food, not your run of the mill quickie burger joint. And all locations kindly accommodate big trucks... which is much appreciated and something we as drivers do not often find... we thank you.

One of the cleanest and seemingly well managed Jacks I’ve been in to date. And lots of mustard on the burgers was delicious. A burger where you feel like you need a bath after is a good burger for me. Today I had a good burger.

One female in there, I assume she was maybe store manager not sure and don’t know her name, arm tattoos...she was talking business with her employees but doing it in a friendly yet authoritative manner.

Jack's goes above and beyond to make your order right! I got the wrong sandwich and I took it back. And the lovely young woman at the drive through took care of me! I appreciate that! I give 5 stars for customer service!! I found out the name of the person who was awesome!! Her name is Daisha!! Thank you for the best customer service I have ever had!!

I used the drive thru to grab a chocolate shake after getting off of work.
Fast and friendly service.
Great milkshake.
I wish that I had stopped at Jack's sooner.
I will come back to try their burgers and fries.

Always enjoyed the biscuits and gravy since I was a kid. The eggs being fresh and not out of a carton or premade is really good also.
