Ask for Giovanni Mendez. He is very helpful and knows what he’s doing. It’s hard to have a good phone store experience these days but Giovanni will provide it.

I’ve been with Sprint for over 15 years. After having them drop the ball again and not having a phone for 3 days during a work event. I stopped in and had an awesome talk with Nadia and decided to come the next day to start acct. she was off but her co worker helped me and set me up with a new watch and it was $20 cheaper and they took my old phone as a trade. I lose my old number but I’m greatful their team is so solid and so patient and accommodating. Thanks for making a big change and a distressing experience great. That young man that helped me was awesome I wish I could give him 30 stars for being a prime example of going above and beyond to help the customer and he did it with a smile. Love my new phone and watch!

Went in today because my phone was damaged and I needed help setting up another phone and I was helped by Dayana, she was awesome helped me figure everything out quick and easy. Highly recommend her very knowledgeable is easy to work with.

I had the best experience at this AT&T store! I was having a really bad day and as soon as I walked in Mykal and the manager Izzy helped me out. I got a great bundle for Black Friday, they hooked me up !! These people were the best, they stayed late, helped me get all my info over and made my night!!
