The staff here are always pleasant and helpful! I enjoy visiting this store. It's better than some other locations.

Found everything I needed, the associate at the registers was a huge help in helping me find the best savings.

Love this store, they always have great deals and sales. The clearance section always has good finds for arms and crafts to do with my 4 year old. Also, they usually have a 20% off your entire purchase (regular priced items) coupon on their website! Staff is always friendly and helpful too!

Michael is actually married to Jo-Ann, he was into arts and crafts, she was into fabrics, they met in the lobby, at a hobby, convention... a hobby lobby If you will, they were so crafty in their relationship, but jo-ann was really the fabric that held them together.

I had an online order, that was ready within minutes. Pickup was very easy.

Great selection of holiday decor! Great picture frames too.

Lovely friendly staff. Especially the middle aged, tall slim gentleman at framing all the way in the back on the afternoon of the 3rd of March* (approx 1pmish). He simplified something for me when he definitely could have upsold me with something way more expensive. He was very pleasant poised and professional.

Good quality products and helpful staff. Unfortunately one item was slightly damaged and it seems they were low stock on some other items. Overall a nice Michael's store.

Store organized well but there was a lot out of stock.
I'm thinking since it was right after Valentines day and they didn't have another shipment come in yet.

First time in this store and I have to say Gus the cashier was very helpful humble and polite. The customer service in general was very kind and generous. They gave me some brushes that came out a package for free when they didn’t have too. Would recommend this store

I wish I took a better look at her nametag, but the woman with short dirty blonde hair working today 1/28 around 1 pm is an absolute treasure!!! Helped me out so much and was the sweetest ever. Such a lovely experience!! :)

Helpful employees, made the initiative to find items I otherwise would have taken forever to locate myself. Although some items were out of stock, they found replacements to suit my task. Also had a clean and organized environment.

Michelle, a cashier, is excellent. She is very personable, encouraging, and friendly, and makes you feel welcome to be at the store. Michelle is single-handedly the reason I will shop not only at Michael’s, but in this location in particular. Go Michelle!

Always has the greatest items and craft supplies for every craft need. I can usually find everything for a project that I am doing. Quality supplies and nice selections.

Such a great store and staff. The deals at this store are amazing. Everything is fairy easy to find and the store is always very clean. I appreciate the coupons they send as they do help in keeping up with my crafty side.
