The workers are great and they’re so helpful and friendly! I felt really comfortable especially since a worker named Jia. She held a great conversation and instantly knew what type of hair products that I was looking for. I will most definitely shop here again!

I love the vibe and the help offered I got me some great quality hair for a great price.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! The little old Asian lady or whatever her ethnicity is rude and very argumentative. Prices are ridiculously high for a synthetic wig which honestly I didn’t mind paying however constantly being followed and watch was the most uncomfortable feeling for an actual paying customer..I ask the black girl at the register if she could possibly assist considering she was more pleasant and willing to help. Unfortunately she was unable to. This location had poor customer service and honestly it’s ONLY because of the old lady. I will NEVER come back to this location. I don’t experience this on Atlanta Hwy location.

I would give this store a 0 but 1 is the lowest that can be rated. I am a paying customer and I always keep my purchases simple. I popped into this store because it did not many people so I think quick and easy. NOT! I The younger employee that works there at the register had a nasty attitude and then this old lady looking like Yoda attitude was even worse. I left the store I politely told them both I will never set foot in this establishment again. I mean just that.

I’m not going to patronize any business that blatantly disrespects you, can’t even say hello. The little old lady is very rude, i politely left my basket on the counter for her since she seemed so aggravated about bonnets. This isn’t the first or 2nd time she is just not nice. The one on atl highway customer service is so much better.

Very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I went looking for a wig, from the time I entered the aisle where they were I was followed them finally one lady backed off only for this young girl to appear less than 60 seconds later to literally stand less than 10 feet away from me the entire time watching me as I looked at the wigs from the end of the aisle all the way back to the front. I didn’t t even bring a bag in, just a small wallet. What was I going to do, take a display wig, put it on my head and walk pass the counter and walk out of the store? Really?! I wanted to purchase a wig but being watched the entire time does not make it a pleasant experience so I left. I promise you I won’t be back. Guess I will keep my business at B&B 👍🏾

If I could give 0 STARS, I would. I was in the store today with my co-worker. One of the workers ask if we needed help...we said no. Yet she stood behind us the whole time we were looking at and then choosing a wig. After choosing a wig the little girl said that we couldn't take it to the counter that she had to take it to take it up front for us. We told her that we were not going to steal the wig. She said she was just doing what her boss told her to do. We felt a way about this because once she took the wig to the counter she went to follow the next person even though we were still shopping in the store. If they are so concerned about people walking out with merchandise they should hire security and get rid of that annoying as recording that announces when you come in and out.

I have been shopping at Vaughn rd beauty supply for since the pandemic and my experience yesterday was horrible because I was lied to about the wig I purchased not one time but like a machine gun firing of lies. I sought truth and even to speak to the highest in authority and was given an adamant 👎No.I was kind in my delivery of the concern but to no avail. Businesses run upon lies fail.
