We loved our food here! Delicious garlic bread, fried artichoke, shrimp and more! Great vibe with some picnic tables and good music as well as good service. It's definitely not a nice restaurant, but a great place to go if you are looking for a chill bite to eat. I highly recommend Sea Harvest Restaurant & Fish Market. Very fresh food too.

We had the prawns, calamari, and sea scallops. All of it was excellent. Loved the atmosphere, very family friendly. I thought the prices were great especially for the area. One of the best meals of our adventure.

A local hidden gem. Limited seating so there can be a wait, but you can either sit down or get food to go. If the weather is good they also have picnic benches and an outdoor back patio. Delicious cooked bites (I got the baja rockcod tacos 🌮 and the artichoke fritters) and also a fresh meat counter. Cheap wine, too! Pleasant service and I do recommend going here if you want excellent seafood in Monterey that is not touristy or overpriced (which felt like most of the Monterey restaurants). Easily my favorite food of my visit.

Fish and chips are delicious, the pint of clam chowder is a must-have as well. The oysters were tasty and fresh, but had bits of shell in them. The restaurant is generally clean and service is wicked fast: ~5mins from order to food on table.

Food is pretty good and they gave me plenty of fish. Good for the price you pay.
Causal dining and clean up after yourself kind of establishment.
I wish they serve crabs but they don't.
The bathroom needs tending.

Always a must on our trips to Monterey. The freshest fish, a no frills atmosphere, you can peruse the daily catch and order your meal with fish and fresh veggies as sides. Our go is usually swordfish and salmon. Today we got a side order of 2 large crab cakes as an appetizer. My husband loves the scallops he had last time. Definitely recommend if you're tired of the cannery row scene.

Our hotel concierge recommended this place. I asked for great seafood that wasn't touristy. This fit the bill exactly. I got the blackened sea bass (Cajun style they called it) and it was one of the best fish dishes I've ever had, literally! And I've been to a LOT of fancy seafood restaurants. Don't hesitate to eat here, the food is super fresh and fantastic!

Came before before leaving Monterey and was not disappointed. Food was fresh and good, prices were reasonable considering the location and prices of food throughout Monterey. Will make this a regular stop when we come back to the aquarium.

Their creamy seafood pasta is the best pasta I ever had! The salmon is so tender and fresh, and the creamy sauce is impeccable!

This place is amazing! We ate here 3 times during our short trip in Monterey. The fish was fresh and made hot to order, there was a wide selection of fish, prawns, clam chowder, and other seafoods, service was quick and friendly, and prices were reasonable for the area. So glad we stumble upon this fantastic restaurant! Cannot forget that there was free parking in their lot with plenty of spaces

The food here is amazing. Seafood is fresh and delicious.
Try their clam chowder and grilled fish . Cod cakes are awesome.
I believe, since COVID for cutting the cost the food order and pick up is self service. At busy hours it's somewhat difficult to find parking.
But these should not stop anyone from dining here for the awesome food .

On the recommendation of friends, we found ourselves at Sea Harvest Restaurant & Fish Market, and what a charmingly unassuming gem it turned out to be!

The decor and ambiance of the place are straightforward and devoid of pretension, offering a simple, no-frills dining experience that is refreshingly genuine. We ordered our meals and chose to sit in the quaint backyard seating area, surrounded by an unobtrusive atmosphere that allowed the food to take center stage.

Speaking of the food - it was delectably noteworthy. Every bite suggested careful preparation and a knowledge of balanced flavors, providing a delightful culinary experience in an unexpected setting.

As we reached the end of our meal, a new appreciation blossomed for the understated nature of Sea Harvest. There was something intrinsically comforting and homely about the place that enhanced the overall dining experience, transforming what at first seemed overly simple into something genuinely appealing.

We left Sea Harvest not only with satisfied palates but also with the realization that sometimes the simplest places can offer the richest experiences. We’ll certainly return and would recommend it to others who find beauty in simplicity coupled with a savory meal.

This is possibly the best place I've ever eaten seafood at. I get the tuna steak as raw as they can give it to me, and it's phenomenal. The rice and veggies are great too. It's fairly close to Cannery Row, easy to find, has indoor/outdoor seating options, and has always been clean inside. I don't think I've ever been there when it wasn't busy, and the service is still quick. My only beef is that parking lot is so small but there's no way around that. It's not a deterrent when you've been craving a rare tuna steak for weeks.

Wow! The food was absolutely fantastic! I had the fried fish tacos which were so so tasty. Also shared a clam chowder in a bread bowl which was great as well. My 4yr old had the kids fish n chips which he loved. Prices where very fair. Seating area is very family friendly. My only complaint is not having tried this place before! Will be coming back soon.

You feel warm energized fish restaurant with nice plenty of fresh fish choices on demand

So good that I went back twice in two days.
Grilled swordfish, fish and chips, jumbo prawns were what we ate over the two days and none disappointed.
Swordfish was grilled tenderly and the jumbo prawns juicy. Fish and chips were delicious as well.
Portions generous.
Service excellent, gave us all sauces though we only requested for tomato and salsa.
Highly recommended.

Clean and great value place to get seafood classics in Monterey Bay. For the area, it’s definitely one of the fairly priced options to get a great portion of food. The fish and chips tasted great and the calamari was fantastic. The garlic bread was a good plus as well. Also enjoyed the clam chowder. There’s indoor and outdoor seating and service is pretty fast. They also serve the fish fresh by the pound. An overall solid place to get good food without breaking the bank.

Tried the Calamari, fish and chips, and clam chowder. Everything was fresh and delicious. The food is 100x better than what can be found inside the nearby aquarium for a better price. Always a great day to learn about marine life and then eat them with a side of tartar sauce!

The fish was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Rice dish was delicately flavored. Overall a good place for fresh seafood.
