I was here at least five days a week while living in Monterey, and I must say I miss this place. It was always a welcoming atmosphere where I looked forward to getting work done every time. Employees are fantastic, will return if ever in the area again!

Mike is great, very very helpful. Wonderful and great service at this location. All theie baristas always seem happy to serve, not matter the time of day or how busy it is. Great location, I love it. Love this team!

The baristas at this location are always very friendly and it's clean inside. This past Monday, I stopped in to pick up my mobile order, but I'd accidentally ordered from the Alvarado location. The baristas here made my order and had it ready in less than 5 mins (2 drinks and 3 food items). They didn't know it, but I was heading to SJC, and couldn't wait around for long. I was extremely grateful and appreciative that they were so willing to fit my order in when it was my mistake to begin with.

Drive-thru ordering was convenient and Covid-19 safe at this location and my coffee was perfect! The barista who helped me was pleasant and kind. I had forgotten to ask for whip cream on top of my Hot Caramel Macchiato when I ordered. She was quick to add it for me very graciously just before she handed it to me. It was nice to see her wearing a face mask and gloves for her safety and the protection of others. I tried my coffee with almond milk instead of the 2% milk for the first time and I thought it tasted even better! I will definitely visit this location again!

Mike at the cashier was FANTASTIC! He had impeccable customer service. He was so kind and helpful. Mike made our experience wonderful!!!

The store is well-manicured, and it has a good vibe. Crew members are awesome.

Fast, friendly, and clean. This is a great location that won’t disappoint, and just a few blocks from the coastline.

Friendly fast service. The bathroom was clean and lobby/ sitting area was large, clean, and orderly. Would come back again!

Lighthouse and David is my favorite starbucks. The staff is professional but friendly. The service is prompt and there is a lot of room for people to read or congregate.

This place is always Awesome just a Hot Water or a Perrier but still you Deliver! I love your New Recycling Bin too. My other half works at Bubba Gumps on Cannery Row and when I am not waiting out Front, I am here. Always friendly! Thanks!

This location has a nice big sitting area. Perfect for getting some work done. Free wifi. Plenty of outlets to plug into. It was fairly busy but I didn’t feel like it was too distracting since there was plenty room to spread out. Service was friendly.

I just got my coffee for free because someone in a couple of car ahead of me was kind today to pay for us behind him/ her. Sir/ madam if you are reading this I want to say “Thanks”. You just made my day.

This store exemplified what a Starbucks experience should be. The lobby was spacious and clean, the baristas were cheerful, friendly and having fun, and the orders came out quickly and were called out with clarity. The atmosphere is great!

The lobby has plenty to seating and there’s also an outdoor patio with umbrellas. Plus, there’s a drive-thru!

As a fellow Starbucks partner, I was very impressed and took mental notes to share with my store!

Best place to study in the area. Staff are super friendly. It tends to be quieter than other Starbucks.

Where do I start? The customer service was the best I've ever had. My kids were complementing the gentleman who answered the drive thru by saying how cheerful he sounded.

One of the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to. Staff seemed well organized and quick even with the massive line at the drive thru to contend with. Coffee was good. I will stop in again.

Simply the best customer service you will find anywhere in this town. Believe me, I have my individual, star c.s. personnel whose praises I sing and businesses I patronize in recognition of their exemplary service to us. And yet, nowhere can I think of does every employee work at the top of their game ALL the time as these folks do--they far exceed corporate training in this area and make everyone feel welcome no matter the customer, the order, or time of day. Many a company could learn from this particular jewel of a store...the finest, most consistent level of good c.s. in town. Oh, yes, the seating is pretty cool.
