If you’re looking for a great sandwich without spending a fortune or a ton of time, this is the place.

We finally ate here, I was told it wasn't that good, so we never went. I don't know what people expect anymore. We loved it. The food porcelain was a good size we regret not coming sooner. Prices are reasonable. That's what you get for lessons to someone else as to just going yourself and decide for yourself. We will definitely be calling in a pick-up order at the drive-up window in the near future. The picture is a grilled chicken salad. Approximately $11

I ordered a king and got a regular size sandwich so $43 for 2. I asked for extra pickles the day before and didn't get any and told the lady she said she would make sure I got some and never did. It took over 20 minutes to get my 2 sandwiches made. 4 people in the kitchen 3 laughing and joking with the one that was making my sandwich. I'm done with them why go back to here more lies about pickles 🤷‍♂

We just came here for salad and give a try what this place has to offer.Service is quick, no long time waiting…So far it’s worth the paid.

The food was pretty good, I got the sweet and smokey chicken and Mac and cheese. The Mac and Cheese was very good and the chicken was good too. I tried the sweet tea because it said they were famous for it and I was not a fan. My mother got the French dip and it was good, I even liked it. And my friend got A club that he very much enjoyed. Overall I liked my experience. The staff was nice and I would go back.

I am so glad I tried this place! Service was friendly, and even after my group had our food, we were checked on a few times by staff. The food was so good and proportions were huge! I could tell cleanliness mattered and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Fast, clean, delicious sandwiches and amazing soups, and let's not forget the cane sugar lemonade! McAlister's Deli is a welcome addition to Dickson's foodie fare with it's local-themed decor. You'll go for the food but stay for the cozy atmosphere while you enjoy great hand made salads and sandwiches. There's outdoor seating, an expansive indoor seating with booths and tables along with a section for large groups. Everything was clean, the tables were cleared immediately and wiped. Staff brought our food and was very courteous making McAlister's a great stop for lunch. Prices are amazing for the HUGE amount of sandwich and soup you get for just the half portions! I swear they put the full amount of meat for my 'New Yorker' Pastrami sandwich on the half bread slice, and the cup of soup was easily a bowl serving. Amazing!

This McAlister's continues to be solid! Good, consistent food and great service! Although it recently opened, it definitely stands out from other locations...

Glad to have McAlister's here in Dickson! The King Turkey Club was bigger than I expected. It had plenty of meat (turkey and bacon) sandwiched between six pieces of bread along with lettuce and honey mustard 😋
add tomatoes of that's your thing. The broccoli and cheese soup was creamy and cheesy.
Everything was fresh from the food to the brand new establishment.
Service is speedy even during peak times. Highly recommend this family friendly restaurant.

We stopped at the McAlister’s in Dickson Tennessee.

We got the Chipotle chicken bacon spud. Did not skimp on items on the potato or the chipotle ranch sauce.

Very friendly staff, food was very fresh!

Bathrooms were clean and the whole restaurant was very clean.

We are traveling and are from NC, this by far is one of the best McAlister’s we have dined at.

We had an awesome visit at the new store in Dickson #500, we got a fee drink and a free cookie too. We will be back for sure everyone was wonderful!

Stopped in for a quick bite. The cashier Samantha was very pleasant and friendly, gave me a great suggestion to get the chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich was great, best chicken salad I've ever had!! I'll be going back to this McAlister's to see what other good items they have to offer!!

Awesome experience. Very polite and friendly cashier up front. All my sandwiches were tailor-made to order, with accuracy. Great topping selection. Fantastic quiet location not too far off the interstate. Five stars.

I am very impressed with McAlister’s Deli in Dickson. I had placed on order for delivery for my mother and step father who are both sick. The Door Dash driver named Joel picked up the order and must’ve stolen the food as he never delivered it to my mother. He also gave a fake number that was out of service. I called McAlister’s and they remade the order and personally delivered it to my mother. I would like to say thank you to McAlister’s for going above and beyond to make things right.

Always super friendly and I love their food! One particular staff member, Brianna Beard (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was amazing! They were out of broccoli cheddar soup when I called but Brianna called me back just to tell me that Ruby Tuesdays might have some. I appreciate it so much!

As a frequent Mcalister's customer at other locations, this was my first visit to this location. This location is clean, easy to access but the sign isn't easy to see for the first time visitor.
This Mcalister's location allows the customer to serve their own beverage which I like so I can get just the right amount of ice in my drink. My King Club was tasty and the sides of potato salad and pickle both fresh. I found this Mcalister's location to be an excellent representative for the Mcalister's brand and would definitely stop here again if future travels bring me in or around Dickson.

The food was delicious, service was friendly. A little pricey but overall delicious food. Different choices than what's offered at other places. We'll be back
