The staff at Catawba Funeral Home were all exceptional. They made us feel welcome and comfortable at a very difficult time. Marc let us know all of our options without pressuring us into any decisions. The facility was lovely, and the service helped us all find closure to allow us to let go and move on with life. When the time comes that we need help again, we will definitely be calling Catawba Funeral Home. Thank you to all that we worked with.

Billy Vang, Brenda, Brittany, Mike and the entire team were amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They were able to accommodate and respect all of our cultural traditions and it made us at ease to be able to have such an amazing team supporting us as we were grieving and sending off our loved one. They were able to get us in almost 2 hours ahead of our scheduled time and that made everything so much easier for us! My husband never wanted a large or traditional service but my children and I wanted his military service to be honored. They arranged everything and while we weren't spending a lot of money we were treated as though we were their only concern. We were respected and shown true kindness! The funeral was arranged in advance and all went as planned. Having everything arranged prior to being needed made the funeral much easier for me as all the decisions had been made and I could focus on my Mother's passing. In October, we lost my four year grandson. Staff at the funeral home were so patient and so helpful and so incredibly nice. We wanted lots of stuff to go with him…. And they found a way. His favorite color was green and we mentioned we were wearing green…. So the ladies there wore green and they got green ties for the male staff members. That may not seem like much to you, but it meant the world to us.

Some of the best people I have had the chance to meet! They go above and beyond! I can’t say enough about everyone! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

This funeral home made such a tough and heartbreaking time easier to deal with. Whenever the need arises, I will be going back here. They staff was courteous and they made sure all my needs were taken care of. If I could give 6 stars instead of 5, I would.
