Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I live in Buffalo grove and have one real close to me but i rather drive out here cause there stuff is more fresh. Friendlier, get great customer service, I know sometimes you have to deal with the long lines but its worth the wait. Them fresh biscuits are amazing 🤤

Can't say much about this location. Went through the drive thru for an order of fries to snack on while driving to run some errands. The fries were fresh and I didn't have to wait a long time. If you're going for just fries then 5 stars all the way. Popeyes and Checkers have the best seasoned fries with Arby's curly fries in a very close 3rd.

I love their Mac and Cheese! It's always made fresh, warm, and delicious, and I can't stop eating it! 😋

Very clean store and equally friendly staff. The order is correct every time. The best Popeyes I have ever been too. The owner/manager really takes care of his store. He is always so polite and grateful when customers come in.

This is by far one of the best Popeyes I’ve been to. I can tell that when the owner is there and involved the food is made with a little extra love. I only go through the drive-thru but shes always in the background greeting me with a smile. I can tell she’s grateful for her customers and that makes all the difference these days. Sadly I’m not working in that area anymore but if I’m passing by I will gladly patronize this establishment again.

Always has long lines in the drive thru during dinner hours but the food is always great. Being going to this location for years never had a complaint. I would recommend this restaurant but maybe go in and order when it's dinner hours quicker that way.

My contribution for this years Thanksgiving was the turkey. Because I’m lazy, there was no way I was going to actually cook one lol. I opted for the cajun turkey from Popeyes. The turkey was a huge hit! People stated that it was the best turkey they’d ever had lol. Needless to say, Popeyes will be my go-to spot for the turkey from now on.

Okay, I must admit, my review is quite biased. I have eaten regularly at Popeye's, yet I only order one item. I love their spicy chicken sandwich, and so that's all that I ever eat. The chicken is always moist on the inside yet super crunchy on the outside. The spicy flavor is introduced in the sauce, and I always order with extra (dill) pickle slices.

Popeyes chicken got the fast food fried chicken scene down. Even though there are better place, Popeyes manages to hold its weight as a fried chicken heavyweight. 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗

Very clean place. Good prepared after you order so always hot and delicious.

Best. Chicken. Sandwiches. Ever. 10/10. All that needs to be said. Also my Mom loved her shrimp so much that she portioned it out over 3 days to ensure it would last as long as possible. I love eating Popeyes. If you haven't had it... What are you doing? Go... Go right now!!

Employees and manager are so friendly and my food is always fresh and hot!

It was cold! We were starving! It was fairly late in the evening. We ordered 10 chicken fingers. We must have gotten 15-20! They were piping hot and absolutely delicious! Blackened wins, hands down! Thank you!

Crispy fried chicken just how I like it

The classic & spicy chicken sandwich is really good. It is pretty meaty. Decent size sandwich & it is only 3.99. The spicy is hardly spicy but still good, so if you like just a HINT of spicy get this one. They have some good side dishes too. A small is 1.99. I think the large is 2.99?

The team at Popeye's in Palatine is top notch. The food is always in perfect condition and SO FAST! They always have all the menu items and they take pride in their work. I drive to this Popeye's when other Popeye's are closer just because of how well this store is run. Thankful for this team!

Place is always busy but the food is always good. I love their spicy chicken sandwich, still no other fast food restaurant can top their sandwich. Also the girl hooked me up with a bag full of extra sauces and honey packets for having to wait.

Normally I would think is was silly for me to rate a fast food restaurant, you go in, order your food and leave but Popeyes in Palatine changed that. I went in shortly after they opened and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. While I waited the staff chatted with me and the other customers who were coming in. Before I even got my order I felt I was there with people I had known for years. The staff was so friendly it became contagious. The chicken sandwiches were amazing. The best I've ever had.

1/2022 5* This place is always a great place for chicken. Spice is not too much. Just enough to give it flavor. I prefer the mild. Awesome!
