Tacos El Brasero

So delicious, fresh, tasty, and generously portioned! The shrimp in the tacos were large, the avocado perfect, and the salsas all delicious, yes we tried them all. The pickled peppers and carrots taste very good, just the right amount of spicy heat. The Lime, Cucumber and Radish clear the pallet. The cheesecake was so yummy we ate it before getting a picture and it was a big slice too. The Chicken Burrito and the Carnitas Taco were very tasty too. Its real food, made fresh, made fast, so for someone with food sensitivity issues like myself this was an excellent find! We will definitely stop here again on our next Wendover trip!

I’m not a huge taco truck fan, but these guys changed my mind. We came here at almost midnight, and they still had a line. But it was definitely worth the wait. I got a giant burrito that was absolutely loaded; beef, beans, cheese, rice, tomatoes, lettuce, the works. It was so good I forgot to take a photo haha!!

Nice family business, one of the owners I got a chance to talk with is a pretty cool guy. Shrimp tacos are good!!! Had a Carne Asada quesadilla but I ate it before I could take a picture. 10/10 recommend.

Great little place to grab a bit to eat on the way out of the casino. Great food and service with a friendly staff. The nachos were amazing and can’t wait to go back to try something else.

I never leave reviews but it felt like a crime not to. I got the carnitas tacos and they had absolutely no business being that good. Best carnitas I’ve ever had, hands down. 100% recommend trying this food cart out! Thank you!

We were in search of a last minute food option on our way back to Utah and decided to try this food truck out. Ended up being a great choice! Their burritos and tacos have that authentic feel while providing delicious taste. They offer fresh condiments right next to the truck and we enjoyed an OG experience eating right outside on the trunk of my car. Def check em out!!
