Ponchos special was delicious!! 😍 Service was attentive and friendly. 🥰 I love that they brought out chips and salsa - so yummy! Everything was so flavorful and exactly the homemade feel we were looking for. We walked there from Nugget and even though they were about to close we didn’t feel rushed. Love this spot and can’t wait to go back! ❤🌮 Side note: it’s cash only. 💵

The food is so delicious and flavorful.
The portions are huge and honestly you can’t beat the price. Cash only.
I had the Birria Tacos and they were incredible, their rice and beans are outstanding.
Carne asada and enchiladas were also very very good, it all tasted incredibly fresh.
Their chips are to die for and the salsa is the right amount of spicy, you just can’t stop eating it.
Staff is nice and friendly, gave us recommendations and service was prompt!

This family knows what they are doing; this is the best food I have ever had. I cleared my entire plate, and I’m on medication that suppresses my appetite—that is how good it is. The service is phenomenal, so friendly and SO fast. Get the baja chicken if you want your brain to explode (in a good way).

This place is awesome. A real hidden gem in West Wendover NV. I stumbled upon it walking over to the Historic Air museum. Based upon how crowded it was at lunchtime, it's obviously a popular place with the locals. I had the steak burrito w/ rice and beans. So delicious. I'll be stopping in every time I'm in West Wendover.

I've lived in the area for a few years and this place never disappoints. Definitely recommend if you want some good Mexican food. I always feel welcomed! If you have one place to try in town I'd make it this place! I've eaten in and taken food to go. Always a good experience!

Awesome family owned/run business. Great selection of food. Chips and salsa. Biggest glass of soda or water you can get. They have great water. The salsa never fails to singe my nostrils and tongue but has a great flavor. Tons of local history on the walls. It could use a new make over but I love the nostalgia it has and the big welcoming smile and the people who work there are all wonderful people. I prefer spending money in local businesses just like this.

This little restaurant serves amazing food perfect for when you get tired of fast food on the road. We had the steak enchiladas and steak quesadilla, both of which were delicious. The chips were served with a spectacular, spicy salsa!

Fantastic little restaurant. Cash only. We ate their 2x in 48hrs. 7 of us eating there was about 70 dollars each time. My brother asked me to pick him up on the way home so I also called and order to go fajitas for them which they provided tortillas on the side as requested, chips and salsa etc. I will absolutely go back if I go back to wendover.

Hands down the best place to eat in wendover. We eat here 2x evertime we come here. 2 Pancho special, ceviche chips salsa and 2 sodas was only 32 dollars. Cash only place.

Probably some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. We went in between the lunch ranch so we got right in, and the service was quick. The chips tasted home made and typically to me, Mexican food all tastes pretty comparable but this was notably better. Keep in mind it’s cash only and don’t let the atmosphere fool you. Highly recommend!

Very cool little place. The food was awesome! I loved their salsa. We had ceviche tostada's and Birria tacos. Both were very good. The meat was so tender and juicy with a great flavor. The service was a tad bit slow but friendly. We came at a very slow time so I think it is somewhat expected. I loved all of the photos of racing teams throughout the restaurant. I would come back!!

The Baja chicken enchiladas were off the hook and inexpensive. Busy place at lunch. Very friendly. Cool pictures of racers on the salt flats. Will definitely come back!

Great food along with great service!

I almost took away a star because our window seat wasn't pointing towards the big solar eclipse, but it's ok. Super friendly server/owner(?). Food was just what we needed after a long day in the desert. Busy Saturday morning. $CASH ONLY$

Yummy Real Mexican Food! The staff are very friendly and the prices are super reasonable. Yes to the starter chips & salsa, so good, and delicious Horchata drink! Hoping for Speedweek 2023, they'll have Cafe T-shirts available to buy in smaller sizes. This place is highly recommended. Thank you!🌶🏁🙂

Off the beaten track. Very nice Mexican restaurant. Enjoyed atmosphere and food. Very tasty. Had lunch with my daughter. She had the kids menu. Good value for money. Wish I could speak Spanish to have the real in-depth experience.

Little gem we visited on our trip through the area. Freshly prepared food unlike most others. A group of 6 arrived after we sat down. Noticed the cook/server take all orders along with variations to a few of them without writing it down. Seemed like they all received exactly what they ordered. Prices reasonable, I can’t remember the last time we had 2 dinners for $25, just bring cash.

What an unexpected gem! We were stopping through on our way out west and needed a quick place to stop and eat. I wasn't sure what to expect, but let me tell you, this place was amazing. It had a family owned vibe and all of the staff were extremely friendly and quick to serve us. They also brought freshly fried chips and homeade salsa to the table. 10 out of 10 for both. It had a great heat level.

The food was also fantastic. They served some of the best Mexican rice I've had in a long long time. It tasted as if the Lord himself was in the kitchen making this rice. The enchiladas were divine and had lots of cheese and sauce. I can't wait to come back here!

Delicious food and excellent service! The chicken flautas were so crispy. Loved the chips and horchata as well. The kids meals are huge! I took a picture of my son’s chicken nugget meal after he’d already been eating for a few minutes.
