Mobil Mark

I had one of those “this is happening all at once” internal freak outs when I was reminded that a client of mine who is a client of Mobile Mark told me how awesome these guys are. I am always hesitant to go to the dealership or a random repair shop because it’s hard to find honest, hard working professionals who care about their clients.

Mobile Mark is who I have been looking for all my life for my vehicle needs. I spoke with Jose and was able to bring my Jeep in the next morning so they could inspect the issues. They called me back in a stress-free amount of time! Peter explained my issues so well and what really meant the most to me was how he calmly said, “it’s okay, it’s just maintenance”. That dropped my internal intensity immensely because I was “Okay, I got this. All is well.” I just flipped 125k miles (the fear is real) and have had no issues with my Jeep, so, he really did put it in perspective with just a few words.

They had all of my issues resolved that day! I thanked all the guys there for their hard work. I can’t tell you how relieved I was, especially when Hurricane Helene was out there doing her thing! I know that if I had to leave and take five dogs with me, we would be safe in my Jeep.

The nature of my car problem made it so I could it could not be driven. Within 24 hours, Mark was in my garage and in less than two hours the car was fixed and ready to go. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable. I have a new best friend.

As always, the staff is professional and courteous. Went in for a chronic check engine alert. Turned out to likely be a sensor. No big issue. They took my truck in right away and didn't even give me a bill. Mobile Mark is my place for all service and repairs. I'm a loyal customer. God bless!

My car didn't start today showing the battery icon. The done lights were on draining the battery. A friend recommended Mobil Mark.
I was very pleased by the service the mechanic, Miguel gave me. He was pleasant, thorough, and inspected my vehicle. He determined that the battery and disintegrated terminals had to be replaced. He worked in a timely manner. I am happy there is a three year full warranty on the battery.

I have been bringing our family cars here for years. Always honest and no problems with finished job. Everyone is polite and professional. My imitation of car sounds, never discourages them 🤣

Came in for a failed Master cylinder on my brakes. The guys were honest and got the job done right. The price was fair and they made sure all of the brake system was good once the repair was done. Would recommend to anyone that needs an auto repair done to their vehicle!

I’m very pleased with this outfit. I called them midday on a Friday with a disabled vehicle in a public parking lot. They gave me a timeframe, and a quote based on my needs, and after a couple minutes of due dilligence I determined that what was being proposed was fair, so I called them back to confirm. They sent Rob out and he delivered with flying colors, swapping a starter on my pickup in the afternoon heat. Five stars.

Awesome service and they explained everything. The price was right. I’ve been to them before and I will continue to entrust my car with them. Even though I am happy with their service, I would rather not see them ever!! Ha haha!! But if I do, they make a bad situation so much better. Thank you!!

I met Pete, and Jose, and talked to Mark over the phone.
They are all gentlemen. I didnt meet any of the mechanics.
Im in Fl for a short stay, when my 2 passenger calipers froze. Something I can easily do, but since my tools are in NY, I looked for a shop, and found Mobile Mark.
They understood exactly what i needed, and since I have a commercial account at Autozone, they were fine with me bringing my own parts.
The work was completed quickly, and to my satisfaction.
Pete did get on me for being a NY Jet fan, but I'll get his ass back when we play Miami, and Jacksonville😂😂.

Few things are consistent- but these are standard!
1. Having an older vehicle, requires unexpected repairs at times.
2. A call to Mobile Mark gets an almost immediate call back and an appointment and repair completed all within 24hrs.
3. Mark’s guys are on point EVERY SINGLE TIME! Ralphy was my guy (RIP) and yesterday Miguel followed suit, being efficient, knowledgeable, honest and engaging with teaching me the ‘ins outs and why’s’

Mobil Mark takes amazing care of both our vehicles. They keep our 2014 KIA Sorento and 2008 Honda Fit running like new.

I took my girls Honda CRV in after feeling spongy brakes Jose did a thorough look test drive ,replaced Master cylinder Brake flush, front end work ,tie rod ends , sway bar , rear caliper and cleaned up old one that was real rusty..i feel safe now the Honda is driving like new again..thanks again guys highly recommend

Friendly, honest, fast service with a smile. I initially came to get a second opinion, but ended up staying for the service because their price was very fair. They were busy but made room for me and I could tell from their interactions with other customer they were honest about their abilities and did not promise something they could not deliver. I will definitely be back when I need them.
