Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My second time coming to this location, The customer service is superb! I had Nathaniel for the first rental A few months ago (Super nice guy, Very knowledgeable about cars) and then today Alex helped me get a great weekly rate While my car is being repaired.

Also, there was a discrepancy on the email saying I had to drop off at 8:30 AM instead of the end of the day which Alex was very quick to help me resolve the issue!

Can't recommend this location enough 😎💯

Palm Coast location always gives me the best. The vehicles are always clean. I can't say that about other local places. They take pride in there work. Desk people always helpful. They work as a team with any customer. Can't say enough good about them.

I've been renting from this location over 10 years now and, although the staff may change from time to time, one thing has remained consistent....100% Awesome Service.

These folks go out of their way to make sure my experience is the best it can possibly be and they are quick to resolve any issues I may encounter during the rental period.

My experience with Benjamin Morell was more than satisfactory. His customer service is superior and this was the fastest most smoothest rental agreement I've ever completed. Not only is his customer service superior, he also understands life's circumstances and he is professional and empathetic which are all the ingredients to keep a customer happy. I have rented from this location a few times now. On my last rental, Ben was outstanding to work with. He made sure I was good with the car and gave me his business card to contact with any issues. Great staff at this location. Highly recommend.

Best enterprise I’ve been to. I have one by my house but because these guys r super nice I go here. From the manager down, all of them I dealt with are amazing. I called not understanding the way the pending and authorizations worked on the card thought it was charged to much. The poor guy I wish I caught his name sat there explaining everything to me which I really appreciate. You really can’t find to many nice people these days so it’s very refreshing having great customer service. Thanks enterprise

The mustang I rented was amazing. The car was spotless. Your team took the time to show me how the convertible top and all the other features worked. Pick up and drop off were efficient. They had me on my way in minutes. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Nathaniel helped me today and this message is for the owners of this franchise: good employees are hard to find. Customer service today is not like what it used to be. Having someone like Nathaniel on your team is a blessing to you and one which I hope you are showing him gratitude for. Not only was he warm and helpful and kind and attentive, but he was efficient and productive. Just 30 minutes before meeting with Nathaniel I was at another business where the person who attended to me was obviously so miserable in his job that his energy rubbed off on anyone who talked to him. Give Nathaniel a raise, any raise he ever asks for, or doesn't ask for. He is an asset to your business and employees like him are harder and harder to come by today. Thank you Nathaniel! While vacationing in Beverly Beach my wife and I rented a car from the Enterprise location at Flagler Beach airport. It worked out well. Enterprise sent a driver out to pick me up and then, at the end of our stay, drop me off at where we where vacationing. The car rented was clean, recent model, drove fine. The staff there were all very polite and professional.

Great experience with Ben in the Palm Coast Airport location. I arrived after closing on a Saturday for a rental car to take my daughter to Camp Lejeune at the end of her leave. The doors were locked and lights off and Ben saw me on the exterior cameras, I'm sure I looked frantic because we had to get on the road. Ben was very kind and came out to help me, within minutes he got my rental car and wished me well on our trip. Very very impressed! I will continue to use this location for all future rentals. Ben is an exceptional employee who went above and beyond for myself and my daughter.

I travel frequently for work (12 to 15 weeks a year). This Enterprise office is wonderful. They are very pleasant to work with and eager to see you as a happy customer. So glad they are the office closest to my home. The vehicles are super clean whether they have 500 miles or 50,000 - the ride feels new. My husband and I recently had rented a vehicle from this location, with assistance from Grayson, Benjamin and Geano. These three gentlemen were very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this location easy to work with, easy to contact and quick to resolve any issues

Enterprise Rent-a-Car at the Flagler Airport was amazing!
They had me in and out of the branch in 10 mins and the representatives were very helpful and friendly.. They gave me two options of a car in the size I wanted and when I returned the car I was finished in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend renting from this branch.

I have been dealing with Enterprise since I’ve been old enough to rent cars. I have never been disappointed. The staff is very welcoming as always. I dealt with Grayson and he was awesome.
