Starbucks

The last few times I’ve been here it’s been a much more enjoyable experience. I’ve met Kerry(I think was his name) and he’s been very nice and pleasant.

Starbucks is what starts my day! I am here every morning and the staff/customer service here is excellent! Jessica is the absolute best! Always cheerful and greets me by name 🤗 which is everything from a customer standpoint. It sets my mood right every morning! Just wanted to give a thank you!

The barista today was so smiley & energetic. I’ll be teaching yoga classes nearby all fall and am looking forward to making this a regular stop!

I enjoy Starbucks quite a lot actually, of course I do not get it daily but I do like their coffee! I recommend White Chocolate Mocha, hot or iced either one! It tastes pretty good! There's other varieties as well and you might as well give it a try which is what I do when I want to try something new!

When spending a lot for a cup of coffee you expect great taste and it didn't fail.

Went here this morning ordered seven drinks and they were able to help me from start to finish in less than 8 minutes with a long line all the way through their parking lot Isa knowing ASL is such a win making people feel inclusive is incredible not only in this world but somewhere so accessible as a drive-thru. Sam was able to not only help with an issue at the register as soon as they were asked but she was helping make the drinks that I ordered above and beyond incredible work, great team.

I’ve been going to this location for some time now and have not had any issues with staff or quality. There was a few hiccups when Covid was really effecting staff and delivery’s making certain items out of stock and having drive thru open only. Wish the App could tell you when the inside is closed but that’s a corporate issue. As for now this location it seems to be back to normal operations and friendly as can be. The drive thru can get slammed so try to order ahead if you can, most locations in Palm coast tend to get that way so mobile order has become so much more convenient. Now hopefully Starbucks brings back the Turkey stuffing panini this year!!!!

I’ve known Jessica when she worked at another location, she has always been happy and friendly, makes my day when I see her :) thanks again!

If you have a dog, remember to ask for a PUPPUCCINO. Is a cup fill with whipped cream just for your dog. It's not in the menu and it's free.

Busy Sunday morning but excellent customer service, friendly and welcoming! Expect to wait a few minutes because of the line, but at least it is a pleasant spot where the employees are interested in making you happy, which seems to be a rare find these days.

I go all the time since I’ve moved to PC and everyone here is always on top of things. When I pull up in drive thru they tell me their name and ask mine which I think is super sweet and personable. A lot of people work here which is great because it tells me they care about their business and getting people in and out quickly but efficiently. As a former partner who has worked at multiple locations in this district (years ago) I regret not helping open this store when it was built because it is simply exactly what a Starbucks is supposed to be. Nice job!

I placed my order and was mapped to a completely different store. This location was so friendly and took care of my order without question.

Thank you Jessica for making my morning!! I placed an order through the mobile app to pick up in store but when I arrived their lobby was closed. Unfortunately, the drive thru line was no less than 20 cars deep and I couldn’t afford the time before work to sit and wait. I called the store and talked to Jessica asking if they could just cancel and refund the order, but instead she brought my order right out to my car in the parking lot! Everyone at this location is a pleasure, but Jessica is consistently kind and positive every time we interact!

This is the best Starbucks. I am always greeted with at least one big smile and hello when I walk in to grab my order. They always make my drink to order, sometime other locations will have off days, not these guys. They’re always on point. My one request is bring back your bagel bites!.

Fast, friendly and efficient!! Hands down best Starbucks experience ever. Arrived at peak time in drive through but was greeted and served in no time. Great coffees and everything just as I ordered. Pleasantly surprised. These folks know how to do it right. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm from out-of-town and I've been here many times to do work this month. These are the most polite employees who hustle non-stop. When I'm out of a drink, they approach me to ask if I need anything (including water) if business is slow. They are equitably kind to all walks of life in and out. The space is clean. At rush times, they do seem short staffed for the IMMENSE amount of traffic that comes through. However, they seem genuinely appreciative of each other behind the counter.

Normal Starbucks experience. Fast and friendly service. Accurate order. I'm always impressed with how well they handle the drive-thru, walk-in and mobile orders so smoothly.

Michael is so very kind, happy and really puts a smile on my face even if it's a so so day. Thank you for always having a great attitude. 6~2023
