The Southernmost Point Guest House is a cozy and friendly hotel right at the Most Southern Point of the continental United States.
Cosy rooms, well maintained and newly modernized. Big plus: very clean room!
Oh and the staff is super friendly.

Very nice rooms, bigger than other places that charge more. A lot of nice amenities. It is a long way from all the night life, but the walking is a good workout.

The bar is a fun place to gather and plan the evening. Sandy's Cafe is a good lunch idea.

❤Absolutely Loved it! Best location, right on Duval Street, the southern end. Right by the beach and the Southernmost Buoy. Our room was clean and beautiful. Loved our very own porch balcony overlooking Duval and the beach💕Would definitely recommend! I needed a full fridge for my food because of food sensitivities. We needed the King bed so we weren't crowded in. It had it all! Great find!

Great location! Breakfast was decent. Our room was easily accessible. There was a pool we didn’t get to use. due to our short stay but overall great place. Just steps away from the southern most tip *photo op*

This hotel definitely has the Key West vibe we were looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s located in walking distance to south beach. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the train and people go by. The room was completely remodeled and cleaned daily. The home is quaint with a generous complimentary breakfast every morning. Afternoon drinks at the adjoining bar were a plus to sit and enjoy the music and light fare. The pool was small but just enough for an afternoon cool off. 5 stars plus would definitely return.

By far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed!! The room was beautiful and clean. The location was fantastic! You could see the southern most point tourist trap from our balcony, so there no need to wait in line for a pic. The included breakfast was fantastic not like most continental breakfast, they had fresh fruit, variety of cereal and oatmeal, biscuits and gravy abs more. The bar had great service and drinks.

Bobby and I were out and about riding the trolley and saw a couple of friends, Michelle and Becky out having lunch at their favorite watering hole. What a pleasant Surprise...

Awesome experience at Southernmost Guest House. The Duval View Suite is an awesome way to spend vacation and with a full kitchen it allows some meals cooked in as well which is a nice option. The facility is maintained very well and was in phenomenal condition our entire stay. The street is pretty quiet at night with the occasional scooter horning and is only about a 20 minute walk to all the action on upper Duval Street. One drawback is that the pool temperature is hot and not appealing at all especially on a hot day when you just want to take a dip to cool off after a day of exploring. I was looking forward to a pool onsite so that didn't meet my expectations set from the website when booking. The other thing that I feel could be improved is the breakfast is a full breakfast but it is the same items mostly heated up from a freezer and served continental (serve yourself from lobby) every morning which doesn't offer much variety if staying for multiple days.

My husband and I came to key west for our ‘babymoon’ and we were so excited to stay here. It exceeded all of our expectations! The location, staff, breakfast, rooms, etc. were all wonderful!
I loved the special touch of fresh flowers in the room. This place is absolutely beautiful and I would 100% stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

A lovely place to stay. A little noisy on the corner at night. We had the top corner room and it had an awesome view. Good private parking. Nice staff and they were helpful, and welcoming.

Best guest house we've ever been to! Courteous staff, free secured parking spot, delicious free breakfast, pool, ice, beautiful room, grounds, even let us fill our water bottles 2 hours after after we'd checked out. Excellent price. We regret not staying longer here!!

The Southern Most Guest house was great. Great locaction on the quieter side of Duval St., but very close to the free Duval Street Loop bus. You get 1 free drink a day at their bar, I just wish it stayed open later. The building was clean and beautiful and close to a lot of attractions.

1st time to Key West. My room was clean and the A/C awesome. The front desk, house keeping, breakfast was fabulous. Max and other employees were awesome at the bar. Family owned makes a huge difference. Thank you for the best vacation I have ever had!!!

This is our 2nd time staying at the Southernmost Point Guest house, and it definitely won't be our last. The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are great, and the location is perfect for my husband and I. We could not have asked for a better stay.

The room we stayed at this time was slightly bigger than the one we previously stayed at, and we appreciated the little extra room since we were here for 5 days. When coming to Key West truly you are not spending much time in your room. It is all about exploring, and there is always plenty to do, no matter how many times you have visited the area. There is so much history here. Therefore, the most important thing to myself and my husband is a good comfortable bed. And this place does not disappoint. We stayed in 6A, and the balcony area is quiet and private. Even with the food truck and bar on site, it is still very quiet at night.
Which is one of the reasons we love this location.

The service here is fantastic. The staff is always friendly, professional, and always helpful. They serve breakfast every morning starting at 8a, coffee is available sooner. Great atmosphere, tables with umbrellas to sit under when you're not quite ready to face the sun. Every day, you get a complimentary alcoholic beverage voucher for the bar on site. They serve excellent drinks. The bartenders are amazing. There are bands playing in the courtyard/dining area and a food truck as well. There is a pool in the back, a very clean and comfortable place to relax and unwind from a busy day. And the area is mostly shaded. We love this location as it is at the end of Duval, which makes it easy to walk to the other end of Duval where all the action is. Or, of course, Uber/Lyft is available and very affordable.

We love everything about this place and definitely recommend it. Parking is available and is gated. Not that you have to worry about that. The location is steps away from the southernmost point buoy, so there is a lot of foot traffic during the day. We love our visits here, and I am sure we will continue to rebook our vations with. Southernmost Point Guest House.

Absolutely amazing. We visit often and usually pick a pricer place on the opposite side of Duval but thought we'd change it up this time. Super happy we did as this will be our spot going forward. Clean!!! Very clean! Superb staff and service. Free gated parking, free breakfast, free drinks. Very homey feeling. LOVE that I found this hidden gem!

This place was beautiful and such a wonderful location. The house was historical home and just gorgeous.

I enjoyed my balcony and the little courtyard to relax.

My only complaint is the pool.
It's a dip pool and it's as warm as bathwater. It was horrible, sadly.

And who ever runs their advertising makes it look like you are going to get the Southern Most House or Southern Most Resort pool.

Other than that which on a hot day after snorkeling and boating and riding bikes all over the island a nice cool refreshing pool is greatly appreciated!

On a positive note, maid service was awesome, fresh flowers in our room and plenty of towels! Service with a smile and free parking!!!

And 2 drink coupons for every night you stay!

Please add the Vodka Lemonade to the drink ticket, it's encouraging to buy another lol and then there's no misunderstanding on what drinks are on the free drink ticket.

Bed's were very comfy and beautiful views from our balcony.

We had the most amazing experience staying here. We stayed in the Point View suite on the second floor, which had an amazing view of the ocean and a bar just downstairs with an incredible staff; from the bartenders to the musicians. We love the breakfast that was served in the morning and the hospitality we received was always helpful and welcoming. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we went back to Key West.

The staff and the accommodations were both outstanding!!! The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. We arrived to fresh roses in our room and two heart shaped towel swans to help set the mood for our second anniversary celebration. We spent four wonderful days and nights enjoying the ambiance of this location. Every morning the breakfast was included in our stay and the choices were all delicious. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail each day as we did a little people watching from the patio bar. I would definitely recommend this as the place to stay in Key West. It will now be our go to location!!!❤❤❤

Can't say enough good about this place. Our room was so lovely. The staff was always so pleasant. Hot breakfast every morning. Free parking. A complimentary drink ticket each day. 1 building away from the Southernmost Bouee (easy to get there before the crowd). Located on Duval St. But at the quiet end so you are within walking distance from the action, but can still get a good night's rest! Overall, staying here was picture perfect! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Loved this place... Will stay again. Spacious and clean room, breakfast included, beautiful grounds with attached cafe featuring an outdoor somewhat covered bar with food truck and afternoon entertainment. Just a great place and vibe.
