I ordered bouquets for my wedding pretty last minute. Chases was super accommodating, and with just a phone call my vision came to life, and my bouquet was gorgeous, and more than I ever expected. Thank you!

I missed the deadline for ordering Mother's Day flowers so they were not supposed to arrive until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when my mother texted me a photo of the beautiful flower arrangement Chase's Greenhouse just delivered (on Saturday). I grew up in Henrietta and even bought my prom flowers from Chase's almost 30 years ago. I now live in Arizona but I always order from them when I send special occasion flowers to my mom. They never dissappoint.

I have received floral arrangements from Chase's multiple times and each time they are spectacularly beautiful and fresh. The flowers have lasted well over a week each time. They even called me to ensure I received the delivery when the sender said it was ok to leave them on the porch if I was not at home at time of delivery.

Created lovely table centerpieces for a 100th birthday celebration. Went out of their way to make everything perfect. So east to work with and many compliments were received.

They were absolutely amazing. I ordered flowers for my best friends birthday and I live in South Carolina. They sent me pictures of everything and even went above and beyond to switch up some flowers and make it absolutely perfect. They were so professional and so sweet to me the entire time. I had a great experience today! Ordering from Teleflora, I accidentally typed the wrong address for delivery. They called me and offered to adjust the address and still deliver!

They also did the flowers for my wedding. They did a PHENOMENAL JOB! I will never use another florist again! Their customer service is phenomenal and their pricing is very reasonable.

Great customer service. I went in looking for flowers for "do it yourself" floral arrangements. I was treated to a mini floral arranging tutorial, picked out the flowers to use with Kimberly's expert advice, and was able to purchase all the supplies I needed right there. Glad to have this local family owned florist to shop at. Good experience whenever I have been there.

Fantastic service! My sister was in the hospital and they called and were told that she was in a special unit and couldn't have flowers. They then decided to deliver them to her house.They called my florist in Florida and let them know who in turn let me know. They called my sister at home to make sure she got the flowers tonight since no one was home. Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers!

I ordered flowers yesterday and was blown away by the great job they did on my my arrangement. By far the freshest , most colorful and beautifully arranged flowers I have ever ordered. I recommend using this florist for all special occasions.

Stepped into this wonderful gem not really knowing what to expect.
I absolutely loved it! They have great prices on their succulents and cacti. Its family owned and you can tell. I have a young son and they had a lot of toys for him to borrow while I looked around. I will definently be returning and ive already been recommending it to all my friend. (ha ha... I'm new to the area.)

I ordered an arrangement for my husband in the hospital, and it was a delightful experience. The agent was kind and sympathetic. Chase's was able to create exactly what I wanted, and it was delivered quickly. I ordered a flower arrangement from here over the phone and they were very good with communicating! They would text me photos of the final product along with making any fine adjustments to my liking. I am from out of state and they made it so easy !

I've gone here for years, starting when I was buying a corsage in high school and now buying flowers for my new home. The staff are always friendly, even when it's super busy. Very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Even the customers are friendly. Will be back year after year
