Nestory Park Self Storage - Machesney Park

Prices are better than outdoor storage facilities, the building is spotless, they have friendly staff, free coffee, and bathrooms!
I chose this indoor storage facility after the ceiling canopy liner collapsed and rain water poured into my unit at a nearby outdoor storage facility (twice in the past 5 years). Indoor storage is definitely the way to go!

I asked to be ready to move in Saturday but decided to try my luck and see if I could get into the facility on Thursday, she had it ready that fast!

Friendly and accommodating with a beautiful indoor storage locker. I got super lucky mine is right in front of a water fountain (2) and restrooms. This is a very affordable, clean and nice place for the price. If you need storage in the old Machesney Park Mall building this is your spot.

Had a great experience with Nestory park self storage. The units are clean and so is the common areas. I like how they have a few flat carts for everyone to share and use as needed! Of course the temperature is a great feature and if you are having to store stuff in the summertime it’s nice and fresh. The manager at the front desk is very responsive and knowledgeable which is always a plus!

The lady that help me on Saturday was so friendly and helpful. She was completely wonderful and I would definitely recommend your storages to anyone who needs one. So far you guys have been the best storage we have ever used and will be the only storage service that we use going forward!!! Thank you for your wonderful service !!!!! Clean facility as well!!!!!

We checked out another local climate-controlled rental unit and were very disappointed in the cleanliness and security — hallway lights were broken, the floors were dirty, the air conditioning was barely working (on a hot, humid day in June), and the door to our reserved unit had clearly been tampered with at some point in the past, as the bottom lock loop was busted. After we left that place, a Google search brought up Nestory Park Self Storage, a newer place we had never heard of; we reserved a unit and went to check it out. And I wish we would have visited this place first! Right away, the assistant manager, Griselda, gave us a tour, answered all our questions, and then got us set up with a rental. Nestory is clean, bright, has convenient drive-up access, and is secure. The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful (thank you again, Griselda!), and we are so glad to have found this place.

A Great New facility,I highly recommend...it is indoor,which is a big plus when you are dealing with the weather moving ..very clean,easy access and exit,climate controlled,friendly staff,and very knowledgeable as well...reasonable prices for the space you are in need of...I do Not believe anyone should or could be disappointed !...They provide carts to move your items to your space from your vehicle and you are in and out quite quick and easy.

My name is Jason Howard, I work for EMSAR and we have held a contract for a storage unit at your facility in Machesney Park since last year. Robin is the account holder and administrator for the use of this unit. Griselda has asked me numerous times to write a review. I have always directed her to Robin for this, however Robin has ignored Griselda's entreaties.

Finally, today I asked Griselda to send me a link so that I may provide a review of my own.

I visit the Machesney Park facility multiple times a week as I need to check for work related materials that have been shipped to me.

Griselda is always a bright spot to my day, she is cheerful and always helpful to any of my needs. The facility is always keep neat and clean. Best of all she always seems happy to hear my awful dad jokes.

Everyone was always so helpful whenever I had questions. When I first moved in there was an issue with my code they worked fairly and efficiently to help.

Nice place, love being able to drive through, my only complaint so far is the exit door doesn't open half the time.

They were so helpful and easy to work with. The facilities are very clean, lots of security cameras and coded entry and exit into an enclosed facility makes you feel safer when entering your storage unit.
