This is the place to go for art supplies for our family. I wish they had fabric. I usually prefer the pricing and selection here over the hobby lobby. The only reason I go there anymore is for the fabric.

Staff are super friendly and helpful! I came in with more change than I'd expected but they didn't scoff at having to count it. She took her time and was nice to me all the while.

I love your stores and your amazing staff! As a disabled senior I knew I would have to be helped to navigate. Barbara was the first employee I saw: I asked for assistance and she immediately dropped what she was doing to help.
I had my list and I shared it with her. She read it and off we went! She found everything i wanted, helped with several choices based on price and quality, and did it all with a smile (she was wearing a mask, but I could see the smile in her eyes!).
Gail was also very pleasant and friendly at the checkout. I have, among many other things, limited vision. She gladly explained the store email sign up and did the work of input for me.
It was a great shopping experience for a getting older gentleman by the name of john Kirkpatrick of Rockford, IL. I'll be back!

I should not be allowed in this store! Just kidding,..I'm a huge crafter and Painter. So when I need something I order it or jump in my car and take a little drive.

Last year my buddy bought a pink Christmas tree from here and I wanted to get her some matching ornaments. These were perfect! Even though the holidays brought in loads of people into the store, the associates were calm and helpful!

Love Michaels! Great selection, good sales, and they don't come with the terrible politics and oppression of women that you get with hobby lobby. Plus their selection and the quality of their items is better (at least in what I go for). Staff is also very pleasant to work with and willing to help

So many things on sale-wasn't sure where to START looking around! I could spend hours in there just looking at the wide selections! Staff was very helpful and courteous. Store was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderfully of pumpkin spice!!! I walked right into a beautiful Autumn setting!

Ok so I had this canvas picture I got on vacation in Miami.
It needed a frame and I had never framed anything before.
I bit intimidated I went in to Michael's.
Quay welcomed me and took over.
He knew what he was doing.
Made it a very easy and FUNN experience.
O...did I mention...IT LOOKS AWESOME 👌.

Michael's is our favorite craft store. You can always find a bargain and several many hobby items. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable, very helpful. We visit monthly.

The store was very clean.. Aisles were spaced enough to walk through.. My cashier was very nice and greeted me as i approached her counter... As well as thanked me.. I will definitely shop Machesney park location
