She even even recommended anew vape for me as disposables are kinda new and finding good ones for me are (I am picky) hard as I don’t know the brands well, the girls are amazing there I love going in and seeing familiar faces 😁thanks ladies!! 😄😄

Never thought the day would come where I would quit smoking and I didn't want to quit. It's been 2.5 months with no cigarettes and no cravings for them. This shop, the employees and vaping is absolutely the best. Employees are very knowledgeable and top notch customer service. Love this place

Shout-out to Matt! I went in a little nervous because I know exactly nothing about vapes but I'm trying to get away from smoking. He was friendly, helpful, and it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. He took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of different styles and showed me how to use the one I chose before I left. Very happy with the purchase and more so with the service. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I went there not knowing much except that I needed a vape battery and they helped me out, would definitely go there again.

This is a continuation of my updated review. I cannot say enough about the Staff, their knowledge of all their products but more importantly? They are willing to explain everything 2U re; vaping, device use and more very helpful information. Ian is the store manager and I now know my new Nautilus didn't have an issue- I wasn't using it properly. Everyone is awesome here. U are not rushed here, no matter how much time U may need to comprehend anything? They give it 2U. They also have full Spectrum CBD 4 sublingual use, CBD Isolates, CBD Balms, Creams, and Juice. U can sample the CBD E-juice, and the 1000mg Sublingual Full Spectrum CBD oil. Own house blends and different brands. 117 house blend flavors, and 50-60 National brands. Pool Table, Sectional, Restroom. Mon.- Th. 9am-9pm. Fri-9a-10p. Sat-10a-10p. Sun.-10a-9p. No disappointment here. Only Vape Shop I'll come 2. Check them out!!!!!

Haley was amazing and so was the staff, very good conversation and so helpful. I bought a clearance vape, tried it, and it didn’t taste great and they were awesome to replace it and agreed it was bad. The other clearance vapes I left with were 100% and they just provided great customer service! A++ definitely recommend!

I love the cotton candy vapes. And there's is the best. The ijoy. Tells you exactly how much battery is left and juice. So there is no guessing.

I can not say enough fantastic things about Vape N Juice!!! They have a large variety of products, the staff is VERY friendly and knowledgeable, and their house juices taste GREAT! They are also VERY knowledgeable about their CBD products, no matter what questions you ask! I am MORE than willing to make the trip from Burlington WI to Janesville WI or Rockford IL. At LEAST 45 min to 1 hour drives! I love you Vape N Juice!!!

This is by far my most favorite place to get my vaping supplies and house juice. The “I’m chad” house flavor is soooo good. Liz was so friendly and noticed the disposable I had just bought was auto firing and let me exchange it right away. This place gets customer service! Give Liz a raise.
