MILC: Maximizing Independent Living Choices

This place is great. They are all very friendly here and help out a lot of people in need. Including paying rent sometimes, paying people to be In your home house aides, doing a lot of great things to help our community out.

Staff here is friendly and the people know their jobs. They are able to give referrals to other departments and personnel to help with whatever you need. What a great community service.

Assigned advocate and counselor, Leigh Ward-Charette is the most dedicated public servant I have met in Upstate/Northern New York since moving there after a 47 year absense after a disastrous deaf and deaf-blind spouse life at a previous ALF during the pandemic.
Enough goid words cannot be said about the quality and dedication this wonderful employee of MILC has been trying to provide to help pull our lives out of misery caused eĺsewhere by others only interested in our assets and not quality if living!
