This store and staff is very professional. I didn't feel inwas being forced to purchase anything. I was able to go into the store with two new phones activated in under 20 minutes.

I went to this location and received the best customer service I have ever seen in this market. Vinney went above and beyond to help me get the problem I had resolved within a reasonable time. Vinney was courteous, professional, intelligent, and exhibited a great understanding of treating guests (customers) as king/queen. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants an honest and reasonable deal their phone provider.

I went in very discouraged with my phone went to metro in Hickory Creek and a very nice gentleman name Edward helped me. I will be returning to this location because of his customer service. Glad I decided to give this location another try. Found out it was new management and wow this location has changed for the better. Thank you Edward for your great great customer service.

So I came into the store because my phone was acting up, it deleted all my contacts, and I couldn't connect to the internet. So I was frustrated to begin with because I couldn't even use my navigation to get to the place. At other cell phone stores I have had bad experiences, so my hopes weren't very high. But then I met an employee there who goes by the name Charming. He guided me through all the problems I had, helped me get my contacts back and had me laughing the whole time. Give that man a promotion! Definitely recommend this store due to my delightful experience.

I didn't like the phone I got for upgrade at this store and I wasn't eligible for discount. The staff is really professional and the manager Aly helped me with giving a discount for my new phone. I highly recommend this store guys
