Took my grand. The nuggets were fresh and hot, too hot to eat and had to cool down, I loved that they were that fresh! FF were cooled off. The choc chip cookies were warm so, dessert first! we shoved them in our ice cream cone while nuggets cooled, yummy! The SERVICE was super friendly too, and fast and hey, its fast food so for that, i rated it 5

The people here are fun!!! They make great friends. On top of that this store is known for the freshest food in the dfw area.

Around, this place is clean. Everyone so nice.

Took my grandson for his first happy meal. Service was fast in the drive thru.

Best thing is the Oreo McFlurry. Always lots of Oreos!

Best Biscuits and gravy ever!! which is the only thing I will eat from Mc Donalds period.
Expect long wait times. This place is ALWAYS busy.

Guy working the window was so nice and patient with us. They were getting hammered for lunch and only 2 people were working the floor. They were doing the absolute best that they could. I hope they are getting Holiday pay today because they deserve it.

Kids crazy about this place. And, the fish is served without junk all over it, which is really good for me.

I don't typically go to this location as it is a bit out of my way, but the service and employees at this location are wonderful so I'll be back often! I stopped in twice last week with my 4 year old little girl and I was blown away by how helpful the staff was and their commitment to customers leaving happy. We rarely pay attention to the happy meal toys but my daughter adores the beanie baby boo's and has been trying to collect all 15. At other locations I've received eye rolls and rude responses when I've asked if they possibly have a different animal as we already have the one they just gave us. I've been treated like am annoyance and received no help. At this location I've twice encountered an employee named Jada who is wonderful and she is the reason I will come to this location from now on. She was professional, attentive, and went out of her way to help me both times. Jada is a rare find in fast food restaurants these days and I truly hope the management above her realize how great she is and move her up the chain of command asap. McDonald's does not want to lose Jada! On another trip to this location recently a manager named Richard was also very helpful and professional. Two great employees!

I've avoided this location for over a year. COVID and bad service were enough to keep us away. However, we've stopped by twice in the last month and our order has been accurate and tasted good. We will be back.

The people at this McDonalds are so sweet! I do curbside orders at least once a week and they are always super friendly. There’s been days when my day has been less than great and their smiling faces have made it so much better. This is my favorite McDonalds!

Great experience I have been coming to McDonald’s for years and the service has never let me down. Ruby was especially great super friendly and helpful. I am collecting the current happy meal toys and she was more than willing to help me. Best service ever!

Actually got my order correct, I didn't ask for ICE cream, an didn't have to pull up an wait 15 minutes to bring it out

There was a line the last time we went to this location and we ended up leaving because they had told us it would take 20 minutes. This time, there wasn't a line as long as the last time and it didn't take quite as long, but it was a lot longer than most fast food restaurants the jumper cables in here

Crew working on Sat 2/25 was great! Food tasted fresh and workers were so nice on the drive tru!

For anyone reading this, 1. The person that says he has been going here for 6 years and they get the order wrong, my question is why do you still go if you receive a bad experience? There are other mcdonalds or fast food restaurants in the area. 2. If its closed at maybe 3am its because mcdonalds has to close the system which means computers don't work until the system is back up. 3. For the guy that complained about the cheeseburgers, fyi cheese burgers and hamburgers only have 1 pickle every other burger comes with 2. If u see more than this is because the employee is doing u a favor. 4. When putting a bad review please specify what shift and last please appreciate the employees and management. They are overworked and short staffed and do the best they can and patience goes along way. Please pay attention when ones order is being repeated at the first window therefore we don't have many mistakes and do refunds because people don't pay attention or they are on thier phone being distracted. I appreciate most employees that work there.

I mean if you've been to McDonald's you know what yo expect. The food was right and good. The service was prompt and professional and the place was clean.

They are so nice when you go thru drive thru. And they are so awesome when I go inside. They are friendly and they take real good care of their customers. I worked for them (2)times and they were always good to me. Their food is so delicious. I like their fried Apple Pies.❤🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤
