McDonald's

It was a simple apple fritter for my toddler, however they made her feel like she was such a little adult. They talked to her so she could place her order and had patience.

On a recent food gathering venture to McDonald’s and having placed an online order on their app, and thus arriving to pick up said order; only to discover that it wasn’t ready, nor being able to fulfill a particular food item. However, the manager and or assistant manager stepped up to the challenge by more than graciously replacing the missing item with two others (in abundance). Given that and being understaffed, I wholeheartedly commend his efforts…Bravo!
*Footnote—I would certainly hope the owners of this particular fast food chain recognize the merits of their employees.

Food was good and hot. Everything was correct. Even got an extra sweet n sour sauce

FINALLY! The North Grand location is serving it's community with the highest regard to service and quality! Not for the reasons you may think though! The atmosphere is amazing because the building has been demolished. The terribly entitled and overpaid "employees" can't treat you bad or threaten you here because here is an empty lot now. THIS is how all bad restaurants should do it, it took awhile but corporate hit this nail right on the head. Can't say the town is worse off without this location. In my experience, great food and service at all other local locations.

Very friendly manager. Loved the food. Great for lunch. We're from out of town, finding a nice quick lunch made the afternoon run smoothly with our busy schedule.

Carla did an amazing job. I orderded fast, got my order really fast and had time to sit down to take a bite. She did an outstanding job serving me and being an awesome person! I will be back soon. YOU GO CARLA, please give her a great reward thank you for the great time.

I ordered a biscuit,butter jelly. I need coffee. Took several minutes. Very slow 10:15 Sunday Monday. Morning manager brought my food to me. She made up for slow service. So sweet.

Only in Springfield, Illinois. I'm from the Chicago suburbs. Never thought I'd find a McDonalds that didn't burn the edges of my McMuffin. I usually cut away the burnt blackened edges. Burning bread (there's a scientific name for this) leads to the formation of carcinogens which in time the toxins attach to the cheese wreaks havoc on the body. These type of tough toxins causes cancer.

Friendly staff, very fast in drive through. Order was perfect, hot, fresh and tasted great. Can't beat a nice McDonald's for fast food.

Food warm and tasty. I was given my whole order and had no bad issues. Small wait as I did go during dinner hours but they kept moving along. Friendly staff.

The last few nights I’ve came to this location. Although there’s only been a few employees working, they keep this place operating smoothly.

Got the double burger it was okay for the price. Friendly service.

My husband and I was on a door dash order pickup and the employees were very polite it was very clean and they were on point. Thank you guys.

Forgot my dipping sauce,but other than that, very accessible, very well put together parking lot. Highly appreciated and recommended to anyone who loves fast food😊
